Don't Stay on the 4th Floor
I enjoyed the booking process. I booked two twin beds. Upon check in, I was told they could upgrade us to a double bed. I agreed and they placed us on the 4th floor knowing we had luggage. They said it's only one flight higher than the 3rd floor where the elevator stops. I had to go through a corridor, up one flight, through a door, up another flight, then up a few more stairs. Way further than I expected (especially with heavy luggage). Every time we left the room and made the journey back up, the key wouldn't work. Literally EVERYTIME. Very frustrating given the location of the room.

Habitación limpia y comoda. Hotel cerca del tranvia, para poder moverse por Amsterdam fácilmente.
Lovely room, good location
Pleasant hotel room, nicely decorated and as shown in pictures. Room comes with a coffee machine which you can also make tea with, a fridge, hairdryer, iron and safe, TV with a few channels. Bathroom was lovely and clean with shampoo and conditioner and hand wash etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts up to room only operates with room swipe cards so hotel feels safe and secure. Some vending machines in downstairs lobby area so you can buy snacks, icecream, sandwiches and drinks if needed. This Hotel in Amstedam is located to the West of he city which is a pleasent area, with a park adjacent, easy access to cycle through park and onto centre, some pleasant restaurants in walking distance from the hotel and also a Lidls, 5 minutes walk away if you go want to grab some cheaper snacks for your room. Banksey Museam and Amaze experience a 15 minute bike ride away. The hotel has a bike park and rent bikes.
