Terrible process
Terrible communication, nothing from them before event. Expensive service fee. Worst, they said tickets would transfer 2 days prior and I didn't get them until 9 hours before the event. I assumed I got scammed, and made other plans. Ended up giving them away for free. Horrible experience.
