Easy process

Not even one star, because your service advertises that a person can have their tickets MAILED TO HOME ADDRESS. Which is what I ordered to have done. Paid 600 dollars and still have not received my tickets or refund.

try to sell my tickets as I was not able to make the event the sale was almost process but something went wrong and I lost the entire cost of the tickets and the parking over $ 500 in the trash because between stub hub and tick master you Ade fare to complicated to get the tickets and sale at face value

The Queens were fun. I’m glad I went, since it’s likely the last opportunity to see them live, given that Gladys and Patti are both in their 80s. Gladys is a little frail, but she knew what her fans wanted, and did a 30 minute set of all her greatest songs. She and her backups were all up front, and she sang almost every note of every song. Stephanie seems to hate singing all her songs after all these years, so she stretched and morphed them to the point that they were unrecognizable. And “Home” was a travesty. Patti’s wig was horrible, and very distracting. She did a costume change mid-set to an even worse wig. Mostly she screamed high pitched notes while her backup singers did all the heavy lifting. I think she may have dementia, as she seemed a bit lost, and just wandered off stage at the end, not even acknowledging the set was over. Chaka’s voice was amazing. She had really cheesy dancers, but she was mostly able to keep up with them. The arena was packed at the beginning of Gladys, and half empty by mid-Chaka. Stephanie, Patti and Chaka seemed to be competing for who could be louder. By 2/3 of the way through Chaka, I was nauseous from the subwoofers shaking my bones. At that point, we were three hours into the concert, and I was also deaf. So we left. It would have been nice to see the four of them singing together, but by then I didn’t care. It was still a good concert, but much better as an idea than the reality. My ears are still ringing this morning.

Timeliness of the process.

Using the website was easy. I received my tickets in a timely manner. My only concern is the cost is almost twice the price if I were to buy them at the ballpark.

Awesome show!

The concert for sure was amazing and the best money I ever spent. The parking was pricey though and difficult and tons of walking from your car to wherever your seated but we'll worth all of it.

I cant say enough good things about TicketSmarter!!! I was in the queue with Ticket Master for AC/DC tickets for Cleveland show. I was there early and all that and by the time it was my turn, all the pit tickets were sold out!!! Booo! So I check TicketSmarter and BOOM! I got 14 pit tickets at a crazy low price!! I couldn't believe it, but last night it was confirmed!! TicketSmarter has awesome tickets at awesome prices!!

This was my first experience purchasing concert tickets online. It's been awhile, I have a lot of ticket stubs from concerts in my past. This online concert purchase happened seamlessly! It was perfect!

Ease of ordering and map of seats.

The concert was great. The ticket price was NOT! We were charged MORE THAN DOUBLE the box office price for these tickets. On top of that, I had to stay on them about the delivery of our tickets so that we had them in hand before our flights to London. We finally received them one day before we left. The TicketSmarter system is not that great and their mark up is closer to gouging. I won't use them again.
