There was no map to pick my seats, only a list of row and section. I don't really know what I'm getting, and other ticket platforms provide a map that you can pick your seats.

It was a good experience
The Andrea Bocelli concert was superb. What was frustrating the tickets. I kept looking in my email for the tickets, and I even called wondering when they would arrive. What I was never told and didn't know was that they came through Ticketmaster. Now that I know, I will not hesitate to order through TicketSmarter in the future.
I had to try about 7 times until the "Place order" button worked. Each time it seemed like something minor was different. For example, only the last time did it give me the choice of Province/State. Maybe software is unstable for Canadian orders?

The comedy show was rescheduled and I wasn't notified. Hopefully the tickets will work on the day it was rescheduled to
I bought very expensive tickets to Metallica in Tampa to find out the seats I picked do not even exist. The section I picked was in front of the ship in Raymond James stadium but the real seats were way on top where they weren’t even seating people. After running all over the stadium to find a seat I was finally given a seat missing the opening bands who I was excited to see. A waste of time and money. I could have bought tickets at half the cost I paid where I was seated. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated
The event was rescheduled, and no notification was sent out, resulting in me traveling a half-day to venue and paying for hotel, meals, etc.
The concert was terrific. The artist were entertaining. Sound quality wasn’t great in our seating area.

The band was a 10 star rating. The venue was not the best.
My tickets wouldn't scan so I missed half the concert my phone work fine I bought 1 sand pit ticket that worked fine. When we finally got into the concert there were people in our seats went got an usher and that took 1 hr to straighten out

Bring back paper tickets! For an unknown reason, somewhere in the purchase process there was a "transfer". This messed up everything, and we had to go to the box office 'back office' and spend 20 minutes unwinding the mess. The concert itself was wonderful except for the awful no talent opening of DJ Brandi Cyrus and the extra loud base that canceled the country music
