Following being charged for the tickets, I did not receive a link or email or tickets to open. Following multiple calls over two days with customer service staff that included one to two hours of discussion, emails and holding, I was able to get the tickets an hour before we had to leave on the same day. I'm glad that we were able to attend the event but the customer service overall was very poor.
