There was no map to pick my seats, only a list of row and section. I don't really know what I'm getting, and other ticket platforms provide a map that you can pick your seats.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I was trying to purchase through Ticketmaster and somehow got redirected here without realizing it. There add on fees are excessive, almost doubling the ticket price.
Never got tickets . Was here promised timelines for tickets that never came. Then I had to pay $1000 more for same tickets same day as concert ….
I bought G/A seats and the diagram showed the highlighted section to be in the outfield bleacher area. However the G/a section was in a completely different spot. Very frustrating when u are expecting some and it's not correct
First I thought they were Ticketmaster. Be careful what you link onto. That was link I opened. So I bought a preferred parking pass thru them and they sent me a general one. The event was less than 24 hours so I called them hadn’t received anything from them. Their person sent me the wrong pass. I called them back to fix the mistake. They wouldn’t acknowledge the mistake by the representative. Refuse to fix it, refused a refund for me to get what I ordered. I will never use this company again. Buyer beware 😠😤

The ticket purchase part was great but the acoustics at the venue was terrible! No screens for people sitting on the sides! The people facing the stage had two very large screens everyone else nothing! I was disappointed! It did a disservice to the amazing legends!
