What a BS company

What a BS company , corporate America is swallowing the country piece by piece. They tried to charge me even after I no longer had service. I don't owe them anything, I made sure I was paid up before I quit the service. Corporate sucks!

$10.00 charge if you use credit card so they can recoup there fee!! Unfair to customers!!!

I think there new policy where if you don’t give them your banking account information they are now going to charge you $10..00 for paper statement or if you keep your credit card number on file your still getting charged $10.00. They are doing this so they can recoup there fee from the credit card company which in NO where near $10.00!!!!

T Mobile Magenta ist die schlechteste Erfahrung. Ich habe es für meine Italien-Frankreich-Reise ausgewählt. Ich habe es am ersten Tag bereut, da das Roaming oft unterbrochen wurde. Es tritt 3 bis 4 Mal am Tag auf, jedes Mal 30 bis 90 Minuten. Ich kann mich nicht mit Airbnb verbinden und gut reisen. Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach WLAN. Ich habe schließlich in Italien eine neue Nummer beantragt, weil ich sie nicht mehr ertragen konnte. Auf jeden Fall nicht zu empfehlen und es definitiv nicht wert.

Absolutely Horrible

The sales people will promise you the world and deliver nothing. Don't switch. We moved from Verizon after 25 years and it's been a nightmare ever since. Terrible coverage, terrible customer service. Just don't do it.

Nach über 8 Jahren gekündigt

Nach über 8 Jahren gekündigt. Lästige Werbung per SMS, Per Anruf und wiederholt zu den selben Produkten! Die Häufigkeit grenzte schon an stalking. Leider wurde stream on gesetzlich abgeschafft, was einem die Entscheidung noch leichter fallen lies. Bin jetzt bei 1&1 und habe sogar da Netz wo die Telekom versagt hatte zum Bruchteil des Preises.

Satisfied with the company

I initially had some problems when I switched to this company but the technical issues were finally resolved. The only remaining problem was their policy of keeping a new phone locked for 40 days even though it was paid for. (Who knows why!?!). But after 39 days I got a call from a representative who said he saw that there were a few problems initially and wanted to know if everything was working OK. I asked him if my phone would be unlocked automatically the next day and he said no, but he would do personally do it when he came in the next morning - and he did. What a pleasant surprise!

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the three-hour ordeal I went through while dealing with T-Mobile's customer service. The experience I had with them regarding the replacement of my OnePlus Nord phone was nothing short of a nightmare. Over the course of three hours, I was transferred between multiple representatives, leaving me exhausted and drained. Despite investing so much time and effort into resolving my issue, I was left with no resolution in sight. To add insult to injury, this frustrating experience occurred not just once, but on multiple occasions. Each time, I patiently explained my situation and hoped for a swift solution. Unfortunately, T-Mobile's representatives seemed unable to provide the necessary assistance or even basic answers to my queries. It is truly disheartening to see such a lack of efficiency and effectiveness in a company's customer service department. Three hours of my valuable time were wasted, and I received no tangible results or relief for my problem. As a customer, I had expected T-Mobile to uphold a higher standard of service. Unfortunately, my expectations were not met, and the experience left me questioning the company's commitment to customer satisfaction. I sincerely hope that T-Mobile takes these issues seriously and works to improve their customer service processes. Three hours is an unacceptable amount of time to spend on a single issue without any resolution. It is my earnest hope that no other customers have to endure such an arduous and unproductive experience. Based on my personal encounter with their customer service, I cannot recommend T-Mobile to others. The three-hour ordeal I went through has left me with a negative impression of the company, and I believe potential customers should be aware of the challenges they might face when seeking assistance from T-Mobile. I strongly urge T-Mobile to reevaluate their customer service practices, provide better training for their representatives, and implement efficient systems to ensure that customers do not have to endure lengthy and fruitless interactions in the future.

Chaos Pur,habe eine Zahlungsvereinbahrung mit denen getroffen,Geld Überwiesen,was allerdings wieder als Gutschrift zurück kam,und Promt eine Zahlungsauffoderung,wurde ein Vertrag gekündigt,was zutreffend ist,folglich wurde es abgeschalten,allerdings gleich 2 Handy,weil unter gleicher Rufnummer lief,es erfolgte ein telefonisches Gespräch,und es wurde wieder Freigeschalten,allerdings nur das schon gekündigte. Na mal sehen was so passiert,werde mir Mühe geben freundlich zu sein

T Mobile committed blatant fraud. I called toward the end of 2022 about switching from Verizon to T Mobile the crooked sales agent said if I change services they will pay the one thousand I owe on the phone paying Verizon. I then switched over and a couple months later I recieved a bill from Verizon regarding the 1000 dollars so I called T mobile and they said I was supposed to fill out a rebate but the crooked agent at T mobile never once brought up anything about a rebate. They said they would look into it. Then hurricane Iran came and flooded and destroyed my house. Meanwhile i was getting letters from a collection agency. Once the smoke settled from the hurricane I called again and T Mobile said they will not pay off the phone. People belong in jail for fraud in this company. My debt is still in the collections and I now switched over to Xfinity ridding the corrupt T Mobile. Their service is horrific and they are very corrupt boycott this trash please

Kein Zugriff mehr auf Email-Konto?

Seltsam, seit einiger Zeit bekommt man, egal von wo man auf sein Emailkonto zugreifen möchte, nur folgende fast nackte Seite zu sehen: "E-Mail Wunschadresse E-Mail-Adresse Bitte geben Sie Ihre gewünschte E-Mail-Adresse ein:" ... ist da jemand in der IT auf der Tastatur eingeschlafen und liegt am falschen Knopf? Bitte aufwachen und tätig werden, liebe Leute, das ist doch lächerlich ...

Seit 2001 Kundin bei T-Mobile

Seit 2001 Kundin bei T-Mobile, sogar einst für die Telekom gearbeitet. Die Verträge werden offensichtlich nicht wie früher bei Verlängerung auch wirklich verlängert, sondern es werden kontinuierlich Neuverträge daraus gemacht die zunehmend immer teuerer werden. Zudem kickte regelmäßig die Einzugsermächtigung zur Zahlung daher irgendwann zu monatlichen Überweisung gewechselt. Die Payback Punkte wurden bei mir nie angerechnet, angeblich sei schon eine Paybacknummer hinterlegt. Da frage ich mich wer hier meine Punkte seit Jahren sammelt. Dank der Inkompetenz des Kundenservice hat es mir irgendwann gereicht und ich habe meinen Vertrag gekündigt. Keine drei Monate später flattern hier Forderungen von Intrum ins Haus. Ich habe bis zuletzt im Kundencenter meine Rechnungen und Forderungen eingesehen, bei verlassen des Vertrags waren keine Forderungen offen. Bei der Telekom angerufen, kann man mir mitteilen dass über 100€ gefordert sind aber man kann mir nicht sagen für welche offenen Rechnungen diese Forderung besteht. Wenn mir nicht mal gesagt werden kann für was genau das Geld gefordert wird gibts auch nichts. Ich habe nun mit einer einfachen Prepaid Karte die selbe Leistung wie bei dem T-Mobile Festvertrag, das Handy natürlich selbst gekauft. Dank den 52€ die ich nun monatlich weniger bezahle habe ich das Endgerät innerhalb weniger Monate locker raus. Mir ist dank der Kündigung bewusst geworden wie sinnlos ich mein Geld in dieses inkompetente Unternehmen gestopft habe. Kein Wunder das Bestandskunden nun mit bis zu 600€ Prämie gelockt werden um wenigstens ein paar Privatkunden zu halten.

Don't believe the Salesperson. Believe the Invoice

Today, May 17th, I received a call from TMobile. The person I spoke was polite and listen to my concerns. She told me that I would get a credit to the cost of the iwatch. She explained the sale the person at the store gave me. I told her the salesperson did not tell me that is what I was getting; however, TMobile is making good on the salesperson's sale of the iwatch. I now will have just 6 more payments on the watch. I'll see how it goes in the next month's bill. I appreciate they are honoring the sale made at the store. If this works out I will change star rating. In January 2023, I needed to a new phone because my old phone was dying. I got an iphone. Not a problem with the phone. While I was there the salesperson showed me the iwatch and said it was on sale for $99. I said okay I would take the phone. Didn't like that I had to get an additional phone line since I'm not tied to a phone. I have to keep the line for about 16 months. When the salesperson generated the iwatch invoice I noticed the price was $299. I told him I did not want the watch if it was that amount. He assured me the price would adjust after processing the sale. A few days later, I went in and paid $99 thinking I was paying off the iwatch. Surprise when I got my first bill and there is no price adjustment for the watch. I go back to the store. The original person that helped me that day was not in the store; however, the person helping me on my return was in the store when I originally got the watch. I explained what happened. He said he would give me a $100 credit and then submit a request for another $100 for gift card that I could use toward the watch. The credit was credited to my monthly bill not the iwatch, so I still owe $200 on the iwatch. The salesperson behaved as if he was doing me a favor. The gift card was denied because it was not on sale at the time. I wrote to Tmobile because they denied the gift card of $100. Never heard back from them. I am a long time customer. The iwatch went on sale 3 days later. If the salesperson had been honest I would have returned later to get the iphone and iwatch and allow him to get the sale. My advice don't believe it when they tell you the billing will be updated and corrected when it processes. Walk away.

Wat een verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Ik heb zo’n spijt dat ik hier weer klant ben geworden. Mensen een advies: ga NIET in zee met T-Mobile. Twee jaar klant geweest bij KPN, nog NOOIT PROBLEMEN gehad.

On April 11, 2023 I went to T-Mobile trying to set up new service with them when I got there they tell me that I have to pay a fee of $250 for a deposit. I told him no because when I called the T-Mobile customer service number, They told me that they would waive the deposit since I was bringing my own device to T-Mobile . Before I went to the store, I was on the phone with T-Mobile. They were about to process my order. Everything was approved with a zero balance but then I had to go to the store to verify my identity. That’s the reason why I went to the store. So after I was told that I had to pay the 250 at the store I told the gentleman that was not interested anymore so today May 5, 2023 I try to get service at T-Mobile I was chatting with a T-Mobile representative, and just like before I didn’t have to pay anything at all they waived the 250 deposit fee since I was bringing my own device but then and she tells me that to contact the customer service number so I did. When I contacted customer service they told me I had an account that was open 24 days ago which was April 11, 2023. I told him no I didn’t open an account I didn’t know an account existed. I was in disbelief. Come to find out there’s a gentleman basically open the account under my name sign the agreement under my name which was illegal to do it since I didn’t authorize this account I do have a recording were T-Mobile says that I’m not responsible for the balance and I didn’t open this account. I did not authorize this I did not approve anything. I did not sign anything it’s not ok what T-Mobile did a lot of people have sued because of the same situation. They try to get me an a payment arrangement to pay for the almost $400 total. I said no I’m not paying for something I did not open this is illegal. I wasted my whole day over four hours on the phone with T-Mobile today which I couldn’t even go to my shift because I was trying to settle this. The representative from the T-Mobile store even said that I’m not responsible so I don’t know why T-Mobile is charging me. I do have a recording where they admit what they did.

Bin seit 2014 Kunde der Telekom mit Festnetz und Mobil. Festnetz mit 50 MBit VDSL und Magenta Mobil M. Sowie Vorteils-Nutzung: MagentaEins. Unterbrechungen gab es bisher nur Nachts beim Festnetz, wohl wegen techn. Umstellungen. Mobil ist alles super. An die Meckerer hier: Ihr solltet mal prüfen wie Ihr versucht die Telekom zu erreichen! Es gibt mehrere Möglichkeiten: Telekom-Seite oben rechts: Kontakt Hier kann man sein Anliegen auswählen oder per MeinMagentaApp --> Service unten Vieles kann man selbst im Kundencenter erledigen oder über die MeinMagentaApp. Auch mit dem Kundenservice chatten geht. Anmeldung geht mit der Email aus dem Kundencenter, die man natürlich erst mal mit einem Passwort einrichten muss. An die Vollpfosten hier:: Kontakt zur Telekom: Oben rechts über Kontakt und da weiteres auswählen wie Kontakt-Formular oder Chat ... MAN MUSS NICHT IN DER HOTLINE ANRUFEN UND WARTEN !! PREPAID Mobil hat kein Datenvolumen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit unendlich! UND: Billigere Mobilanbieter bieten keine 300 MBit Geschwindigkeit im Mobilnetz sondern sind meist gedrosselt auf 21MBit oder 50MBit! "DER" Discounter mit "A" hat zum Beispiel nur bis 25 MBit/s !
