Der aktuelle Werbeslogan der Telekom "TREUE WIRD BELOHNT"?????. Wo und bei wem ? Nach über 30 Jahren Telekom kein vernünftiges Angebot, das ist die Realität. Mittlerweile ist es wie ein Jackpot im Lotto , bei der Telekom einen Servicemitarbeiter an das Telefon zu bekommen, der nur ein bisschen Ahnung hat. Viele legen gleich wieder auf, wenn sie keine Ahnung haben.Hat Mann dann mal einen guten, den man vielleicht in Zukunft verlangen könnte, hört man vom Mitarbeiter, er geht wo anders hin. Denke ich an den Service der Telekom vor 20 Jahren zurück, wurde einem immer geholfen und das Problem gelöst. Nach über 30 Jahren habe ich jetzt den Anbieter gewechselt. Ich habe das Gefühl, die haben es bei der Telekom immer noch nicht geschnallt, das sie keine Monopol Stellung mehr haben. Meine Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre mit der Telekom, es wird immer schlimmer. Der Kunde interessiert nicht mehr. Ist ein richtig trauriger Verein geworden.

Vanaf 24 april 4x contact, moet een nieuw mailadres en nog lukt het niet!!!Digitaal bedrijf kun je geen mail sturen of terugbelverzoek indienen. Je moet heel erg lang in de wacht staan

Ben al vanaf 24 april 3x bellen en 1 keer chatten bezig om mijn abonnementen online in te zien en op 1 account te zetten. Dit blijkt onmogelijk! Ik heb internet+tv thuis en mobiel en krijg korting wanneer ik deze koppel. Dit lukt niet. Heb meerdere keren gebeld en sta telkens in de wacht minstens 20 minuten en krijg te horen dat de wachttijd langer is dan ik ben gewend. Ik ben nog nooit geholpen binnen 20 minuten. Na een lang doordruk menu word je in de wacht gezet. Wanneer je eindelijk iemand aan de lijn hebt moet je weer het hele verhaal uitleggen en wat er de vorige keren niet lukte. Vandaag weer gebeld en ik kan eindelijk met een 3e aangemaakte mailadres bij mijn internet thuis, maar... mu kan ik mijn mobiel abonnement niet koppelen omdat deze nog aan mijn oude adres is gekoppeld. Adres wijzigen bij mijn andere account kan ook niet. Het advies is dat ik weer moet bellen. Dus weer door het doorkiesmenu en zeggen wat je postcode en geb.datum is. Wat uiteindelijk niet goed doorgegeven wordt en weer een half uur wachten tot je iemand kan spreken. Ik vind het jammer voor de mensen bij de klantenservice die steeds geïrriteerde klanten te spreken krijgen omdat blijkbaar een digitaal bedrijf hun eigen ICT niet in orde kunnen krijgen. Klacht indienen kan blijkbaar alleen per post. Digitaal bedrijf kun je geen mail sturen of terugbelverzoek indienen. Je moet heel erg lang in de wacht staan telefonisch of in de chat.

Geen haast met oplossen van storing

Recentelijk overgestapt naar T-mobile voor internet thuis. Hebben we het net een paar weken, is er een storing in de wijkcentrale. Kan gebeuren natuurlijk. Maar dat was 5(!!!) dagen geleden en het is nog niet opgelost!! Twee dagen voor Koningsdag begon het. Bij contact met T-mobile werd er gezegd dat ze het zsm op zouden lossen. Twee dagen later weer gebeld. Antwoord: “Het is nog niet opgelost, maar in het weekend werken we niet, en we hebben tot dinsdag om het op te lossen.” “Tot dinsdag? Wie bepaalt dat?” “Dat is onze policy” Schaamteloos.

Not bad , when compared to AT&T

I have been with them for 3 years now. I have to say “ not bad” I will never trust ATT again, and compare to AT&T , T Mobile has been a decent company offering a good product/service for a fair price.

I wish I could give negative stars

I was excited when I switched to T-Mobile because for 3 lines and home internet my entire bill $150, not the $450 or more I was paying with AT&T. Now that I switched I'm realizing it should be free because I never have service. They lied about everything just to get me to sign up. Before I switched, I called in twice and gave them an address to a location I am at 4 days and 3 nights a week. Both times they said "we have excellent 5G coverage in that area. The third time I calledI was told the same thing. I was also told they were giving me a free phone (not asked if I wanted a new phone along with a 2 year contract or I would have to pay $1000). I was told I would get a discount for being a nurse and they were going to pay off my phone, which they did eventually after I bugged them for 4 months. They don't tell people they have to pay off the phone then wait to have it unlocked and you only have 30 days from the day you sign up with the sales rep who lies about everything. It took me probably 2 weeks to get the phones paid for and totally unlocked. Nobody said a word about the deadline and I had spoke to customer service multiple times about not having service and it wasn't until 2 days before the deadline that I was told about the deadline and it took me 2 whole days to get them everything they needed. Then I turned in documentation verifying I have an active RN license and they said nurses don't get a discount. I called several times a week about my service and was told multiple lies. I wad told the tower was down but would be up 2/17 by one person. I was told they were working on every tower in the 4 towns I had to drive through and the towns all around my address and that they just started 2/17! That's how I knew they were lying. This guy just got his lie from the previous notes from the guy that lied last time. I was finally told early April that they don't have towers near that location but if I cancel service I have to pay $1k for my "free phone" I didn't really want, because it was past the 30 days I had to return it. I only have service when using wifi. I could ad more about their deceptive business practices, but the information in this review should be enough to warn others to steer clear from T-Mobile. Idk how they are allowed to say they have the best, most reliable connections unless they are referring to a state other than Oklahoma or maybe they mean when your phone is connected to someone else's wifi? So I guess for the next year and 8 months unless I come up with $1k, I will be donating money every month to T-Mobile because I am paying for a service I do not have. I would give them negative stars if I could.

Warnung! Vor telekom Partnerkarte!! telekom warnt nicht vor, dass die Inhaber der Partnerkarte Zugriff auf das Bankkonto des Vertragspartner, also von mir, hat! Mein Pflegesohn hat Spiele etc für ca 1000 Euro ausgegeben, also über mein Konto abgebucht! Sie übernehmen null Kosten/ Ausgaben, sondern sagen man soll sich einen Anwalt wegen google und microsoft nehmen! Toller Kundenservice und man kommt nicht gegen diese Geschäftspraktik der telekom

Habe mir eine Prepaid Karte gekauft und die war schon Registriert dann das erste Mal aufgeladen und Tarif gewechselt hab dann mit einer netten Frau telefoniert die mir sagte der Tarifwechsel allein hat mich 15 Euro gekostet SO EINE FRECHHEIT ein riesen Konzern und hat es nötig 15 Euro für einen Wechsel ab zu ziehen ich schmeiß die Karte weg und NIE WIEDER T Mobile !!!!!!-10 Sterne

Beware T-MOBILE is a Sham service

T-MOBILE Scam! Absolutely STAY AWAY FROM! I'm a paying customer since 2020, In my business phone is off 10 days. T-mobile Cannot and will not remedy this! My website #, VM, SMS, and ten other numbers are forwarded this is my dedicated business number. SOMEHOW T-mobile Unauthorized, & Mistakenly sold my number and ported it out To another carrier??? wft? My service has been off for 10 days, and no one knows why? what? who? worst how to fix this I have no service! CRAZY! NO ONE CARES @ T-MOBILE. (Jeimcel is the ONLY representative that called back & tried to help)! I just wanna get my number active so I can get the h#ll away from these Evil Unprofessional CLOWNS. How can I run a credible business Whose phones are "just down" for 10 days?? The second time my number. Is down for. 10 days with NO help and no END INSIGHT! AJ

Ik had T-Mobile thuis met glasvezel Alles werkte naar behoren totdat mijn modem het begaf in het weekend. Ik moest tot donderdag wachten eer ze konden oplossen. Men wilde het weekend niets doen, omdat er geen technische dienst was, en maandag ook niets doen omdat men het druk had. Ik vroeg om een leen modem, maar daar wilde ze niet aan. Reflection my role. Conflict

As I look over my experiences with T-Mobile. As a business they do strive to make the customer happy and many times go above and beyond what is expected. Like any large corporation. They have many employees with different attitudes in my case miscommunication. As the world becomes more global and we hire people of many different cultures. It is important that you and the person you are speaking with totally understand each other in my case the guy thought I wanted a refund but I didn't want a refund was trying to get another phone. On my end was talking about money I spent and how I had dropped phone and couldn't use screen to get codes type passwords and I had to have a phone that worked was locked out of banking app and Google account. But he thought I wanted refund which caused me more problems. Once again T-Mobile helped me and came through for me. I believe the representative helping me thought giving me a refund was helping me. As I reflect on my part. I need to remain calm because when I get aggravated and holler all that does is get the other person confused. Makes it harder for me to explain everything correctly. T-Mobile is in my opinion the best carrier and will help you. If you stay rational follow through and be patient and give them time to take care of the situation.My life is always filled with difficulties often occuring from my mental health issues. So my problem took some time to resolve. Because I kept breaking phones, had one stolen ect.Bad credit my fault life. I also judged Assurance. Wrongly as crazy as it sounds from a ad that Assurance shown . I felt like the ad was aimed at me and they were attacking me personally. Will give them a honest chance.With all the phones I go through. Need a good insurance company. Thank You for allowing me to get this said. Gary T

OP STRAAT ZETTING MET BABY DOOR T-MOBILE!! We zijn een jong gezin met een baby op komst. Helaas is er in het verleden een betaalachterstand ontstaan waardoor ik een bkr codering heb gekregen die inmiddels afgelost is. Echter hebben wij na een lange periode eindelijk een huis gevonden en zijn we een van de gelukkigen die uitgeloot zijn. Alles ging goed totdat er een bkr codering naar boven kwam. Momenteel wonen wij in een woning die zwaar gevaarlijk en ongezond is voor ons en onze baby, we zijn ten einde raad. Wij kunnen hier niet langer met een baby blijven wonen en zullen op straat komen te staan. Belangenafweging telt niet in deze situatie bij T-Mobile. We zullen hiervan ook juridisch werk maken en zowel bij radar, kassa ect.

T-Mobile stay away, After 20 years with Verizon

After 20 years with Verizon, I explored a new carrier because the longer you are a customer, the rates continue to be higher. Got on line and did a research, agreed to switch to T-Mobile "on line sales person name Jazzie". Rate was competitive so I began moving four lines over to T-Mobile. Next day, no service, unable to call out, could not receive timely text messages, once connected call lost immediately, not a service provider messages etc. Terrible service in Prescott AZ. Now trying to undo this nightmare. If you live in Prescott AZ- STOP DO NOT GO WITH T-MOBILE.

T mobile the worst

Ive had T mobile for around seven months now. Lately I've been having service issues.I call T mobile and the first five times I called they tried to tell me it was my plan. They said when I get close to my data limit I get bumped. Funny this started happening as all of a sudden. I finally got someone who was "supposed" to have a tech look into it and would receive a call. Well it's been two weeks. No call . And still having issues. I now believe all they want is for me to update my plan. NOT happening. I'm ready to report them to everyone I can. And drop them. Get a new phone and not even pay this one off . So if you're looking inyT mobile or were considering them. Beware you were warned. Too bad I had to give a star to write this . I would NEVER recommend T mobile

Ich mag T-mobile weil wenn Ich eine reise mache auf andere laender T-mobile kommt mit mir,wenn Ich Antreffe und mein handy anschalte T-mobile ist da. T-mobile hat viele optionen fuer familien und fuer internationale reisen.

Echt Miserabel, eine Frechheit.

Habe Januar 2023 mir eine Telekom SIM Karte gekauft, neue Nummer, die Aktivierung der SIM Karte ist nicht nach 24h aktiviert worden, nein, sondern erst nach 7 TAGEN!!! Man bezahlt für 14,99€ für kostenloses Internet Surf & Konstenlos SMS & Anrufe, egal ob WhatsApp oder eine SMS oder Anruf, es geht recht schnell leer. Gefühlt kann man nur 10min benutzen. Ich kehre zurück zur ALDITALK. Für diese Bewertung ist ein selbst nur einen Stern zu viel. Von mir bekommt Telekom nun KEIN EINZIGES CENT mehr. Auf nimmer Wiedersehen.

When you need them, nothing but EXCUSES

My main issue with them is I pay for insurance AND I am in the upgrade program, but they kept using loopholes to prevent me from replacing my phone and only leaves me the choice of buying a new one. Everyone know the OLED screen is just JANKY and it doesn't take much to burn it in - but they will not do anything for you if it burns in. If you leave your phone on - asleep or not, anything that causes it to light up affects the screen. I see burn in from the KEYBOARD and the phone's so-called screen saver - but they do not consider HOW it bacame burned in, just that it is and they deny you repair or replacement. The battery of my phone has swollen and is peeling it apart. The phone is SEALED, so I cannot replace the battery and they know that. They tell me its a "mechanical error" so they refuse to do anything, and even if they could, my phone is burned in so they wont help anyway. All they suggest is I finance another phone - like I need to be spending a couple grand. I dont know why I pay extra for insurance when all they do is find excuses no t to honor. They have a bunch of used phones sitting in a warehouse - its not costing them to replace a phone. At this rate, Im thinking about leaving them. And the other thing is, I had to change plans and get rid of services to get my bill down. I had took of a tablet to get it down, but somehow it crept back up to what I was paying when I had the tablet. I asked out of curiousity how much to put the tablet back on, and they hiked it up another $40.00 - what happened to the bundle plan I had where the tablet was only an extra $10.00 a month? I HATE companies that pull the frog in the boiling water act on you, increasing your bill little by little like your too stupid to see hat they are doing. Thats what THEY DO. They have me paying about what I was paying before I took the tablet off, invalidating the purpose for removing it. And lastly, they introduce a new plan with the features you had already, then take the features from you and tell you, you need to upgrade. I had the Magenta Plan, then they came out with variants of the Magenta plan, and told me I didn't have "unlimited" so I had to upgrade to Magenta Max, which had the same services I had before they rolled out that tier - except I have to pay more money. Uncarrier... sure they are.

Fiber optic installation is long overdue. They sold to me the Internet T-Mobile Thuis Internet-Fiber Optic subscription, lying saying it was available in my street. They never got back to me since the purchase. I had to call them, just to learn it isn't available in my street and they have to install it. No estimation of when that would be done. Only asking me to wait. After waiting 2 weeks I call again, and they ask me to call another number (Company which installs the fiber optic connection) myself. They gave me the message that I have to wait and they will contact me back. Lack of transparency and trust with T-Mobile. After being a client for such a long time. Don't recommend it.

We canceled our account 7 months ago

We canceled our account 7 months ago. We are due a refund. We have called and gone to the store 4 times. They continue to tell us that we have a refund coming and they will mail us a check or deposit it into our account. Nothing. Called today, again. It’s under review, again. This is ridiculous.
