Telekom nicht mehr das was es mal war!

Leider ist Telekom nicht mehr das , was es einmal war! Wenn man das Prepaid-Handy nicht ständig neu aufladet, wird einem einfach gekündigt! Den "Service" von Telekom kann man in die Tonne treten.

Zwischenzeitlich 4 Jahres Vertrag; habe gekündigt ohne zu kündigen?!?

Am 4.11.22 kontaktierte ich den Kundendienst, zwecks Tarifanpassung. Meinen Tarif "MagentaMobil S" fand ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß und auch deutlich zu teuer, trotz MangentaEins-Kundenvorteil. Nach langen hin und her hat man mir einen akzeptablen Tarif angeboten. Es sollte der MagentaMobil Special M mit 2GB Datenvolumen sein. Als MangentaEins Kunde kam nochmal 1GB gratis dazu. Da mir das aber doch noch etwas wenig war, bekam ich als Promotionaktion nochmal 3 GB on Top. Also insgesamt 6GB. Das sollte mir reichen. Nachdem ich die Unterlagen per Mail erhalten habe, stellte ich fest, dass dieser Tarif absoluter blödsinn ist. Mir wurde vom Kundenbetreuer nicht gesagt, dass nach dem Verbrauch von 2GB Datenvolumen die Transferrate von 50MBit/s auf sagenhafte 64KBit/s reduziert wird. Was soll ich mit verbleibendenden 4GB bei einer Downloadrate von 64KBit/s? Also habe ich am 7.11. von meinem Widerrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht. Aber dann ging es erst richtig los! Ich erhielt die Nachricht, dass die Vertragsänderung storniert wurde. Die Laufzeitverlängerung aber nicht. Kundendienst erneut am 9.11. kontaktiert. Fazit: Man wolle das Problem lösen und mich dann Nachmittags anrufen. Gelöst wurde nichts und es kam auch kein Rückruf. Also nochmal am 10.11. angerufen. Diesmal erklärte man mir, dass man das Problem anders lösen muss, als der Kollege am Vortag erklärt hatte. Sie würde jetzt für mich dafür sorgen, dass die Laufzeitverlängerung storniert wird und ich wieder ein monatliches Kündigungsrecht bekomme. Und tatsächlich erhielt ich heute eine Mail von T-Mobil, dass meine Vertragslaufzeit bis 11/2024 stoniert wurde. Ein Blick in die MangentaApp brachte die Wahrheit ans Licht. Tatsächlich! Mein frühest mögliche Vertragsende war nicht mehr 2024. NEIN, da stand jetzt 11/2026 !!! Jetzt hatte ich plötzlich einen Vertrag mit 4 Jahren Lauzeit!!!! Wie bitte??? Also --- ein erneuter Anruf beim Kundendienst. Kurz um, diesmal mit Erfolg. Ich habe bzw hatte wieder eine Kündigungsfrist von einem Monat. Wieso hatte? T-Mobil schrieb mir anschließend: "wie schade, dass Sie nun doch schon früher kündigen möchten. ... Ihr Vertrag endet am 04. Dezember 2022." Komisch, ich wollte mich doch erst einmal in Ruhe nach einem neuen Vertrag umschauen, eh ich eventuell kündige. Aber seis drum. Jetzt hab ich gekündigt, obwohl ich nicht gekündigt habe. Werde jetzt das Beste draus machen. Aber nicht mehr mit der Telekom / T-Mobil!

T mobile is trash they should be sued for promoting the best in 5g they are the worst company. Do not get t-mobile. They suck customer service is also trash. My phone doesn't work and they always tell me there working on a tower. It's always something.

Was ich von der Telekom halte? Abstand! Ich selbst bin schon lange zu congstar gewechselt. Da mein Vater noch treuer Kunde ist, habe ich hin und wieder Kontakt zum Kundenservice der Telekom. Ich kenne den top Service von congstar. Im Vergleich dazu ist die Telekom ein Haufen Gangster! Heute versprechen sie dir das Blaue vom Himmel. Morgen ist noch nichts umgesetzt und ein weiterer Mitarbeiter sagt, dass das gar nicht sein kann, was einem am Tag zuvor zugesichert wurde. Einfach unzuverlässig!

Ein Drecksladen, so wie alle anderen Anbieter aber leider auch. Wenn du denen zu lange mit einem Anliegen kommst, wirst du dreist weggedrückt oder es wird gleich aufgelegt.

For more than 15 days the speed of the Internet in our area (Norwalk, CT) has been from extremely low (5.70 Mbps) to zero, we have been in contact with a number of agents with what we have gone through the indicated troubleshooting without result. After several conversations we learned that the problem is not ours, but that T-Mobile has been (and is) updating the Area towers, but they intentionally maintained this information hidden making us think that the problem was from the client and not technical. The speed promised by T-Mobile is 33-182 Mbps; It is in writing, this affects the lives of people, from their work, school, contacts with their doctors, banks, security cameras, etc., we understand that a problem can occur but deceive customers making them waste time in a series of steps when they knew that the towers were not working and that this is the cause of the problem is fraud. In my case they gave me $25 of credit, but that does not fix the problem is that they do not know when it will be fully arranged, not being able to keep up with the demand of the area, but nevertheless they continue to charge the total for the service and doing more contracts while making promises that cannot be fulfilled, this must be denounced in the strongest terms and take the necessary measures to be corrected immediately

Nie wieder T Mobile!!

Null Sterne zu vergeben, geht ja leider nicht!! Total unverschämter Haufen, unfreundlich bis beleidigend!!! Da sitzen nur Typen im Callcenter und reißen Ihre Zeit runter!! Antworten und Verhalten voll unter der Gürtellinie! Telekom soll sich für Ihren Abschaum, welchen sie teilweise beschäftigt, schämen !!! Nach 40 Jahren Telekom ist jetzt Schluss! Ich werf den Dreckshaufen raus!!!

The biggest scammers in Germany, Last year I moved to a new apartment and I informed them on time so they could come and fix the internet. The technician came and disappeared in 20 seconds, told me to go and look for the Anschluss ( the access point) even though it was his job. I called the customer care again and they send me one more time the technician, this time even worse they send me a technician when I wasn’t home and he didn’t do anything. The internet However didn’t came. I called the customer care again and I was very upset. There was a woman who told me that the problem is my router, it is very old ( 2015) and that’s why the connection is bad and I am not getting the internet. So she asked me to order a faster speed internet with 5 euros more. What sie didn’t tell me is that if I buy this faster speed internet my contract will get posted again for another 2 years. I was desperate to get the Netz and without knowing this fact I took the fast speed internet but after two days it doesn’t work again. I called the costumer care again and this time I was really pissed but the lady who was there told me that I didn’t have the Anschluss and therefore no internet. I actually gave my resignation before 6 months already but due to the fact that I bought a new speed I was not allowed to resign. I hope that woman who took advantage of me not knowing this fact is never ever gonna be happy in her entire life, I wish her all the unhappiness in life because you don’t take advantage of innocent people. I had to pay 167 euros for the fixing even though it wasn’t my fault that the technician had to come 3 times and they promised me that I will get the money back and till date nothing came back. They didn’t even inform me that I could resign if I wanted to because the internet doesn’t work. Anyhow I would never ever recommend anyone to buy anything from T mobile may be ho for Vodafone they are much better. It’s extremely sad that in a country like Germany there are still some companies which are working this way. Now I have to pay for this bad internet for another 1,5 years even though I don’t want to and zur Info I do speak fluent German so don’t worry if you don’t speak the language, these people just know how to trick you and how you take advantage of you regardless where are you from and what language you speak.

T-Mobile Customer Support is Horrible

T-Mobile customer support is horrible! I literally spent hours on the phone with them while they tried to troubleshoot problems with their service. They were getting paid for their time, typically didn't fix the problem in that phone call, required more phone calls and more time and I had to spend all those hours on the phone (with no pay, of course) while I pay my bill every month. Finally I tried to transfer my service to Verizon and couldn't get text messages phone calls or voicemails and found that T-Mobile would not release the line because they wouldn't accept the pin that I had been using with T-Mobile all the time I had their service. The part of porting my phone number (where I use THAT PIN and give other account information) was done with a Verizon and a T-Mobile representative on the phone at the same time with me. That pin worked at that time on the phone with T-Mobile's customer representative. I, therefore, installed the Verizon SIM card which didn't work and I was told I had to buy a new T-Mobile SIM card to get a new PIN, because they didn't accept the one that worked when I was on the phone with customer service for T-Mobile and Verizon. They also said I had to do that at a T-Mobile store or have no phone service at all until it's done. I have a friend who is very ill and I've not been able to receive any messages or phone calls until I deal with this problem which truly is not anything I could control, correct or cause or prevent. Things like this is why we have a very angry America!!!

Danke für nichts Telekom!!!

Danke für nichts Telekom!!! Wir schreiben das Jahr 2022 und ich sitze jetzt dank Reduzierung der LTE Geschwindigkeit, von 70 auf 3-6 Mbits völlig auf dem Trockenen, was eine stabile und arbeitsfähige Internetverbindung betrifft. Sie bekommen es seit Jahren nicht in den Griff, die Ländliche Bevölkerung an das DSL geschweige denn ans GlasfaserNetz anzubinden und als Kompott reduzieren sie noch die mobile Daten Geschwindigkeit fast auf null herunter. Also quasi durch die gute Netzabdeckung eh kaum ein normales Telefonat zu führen ist, jetzt auch quasi null Internet. Ich werde jeden Menschen in meinem Bekanntenkreis in Zukunft tunlichst davon abraten ihre Dienste in Anspruch zu nehmen.

73 year old taken advantage of,,,

Young skillful sales person never mentioned the same phone was available for $ 200.00 if she was over 55 and below poverty level. (ADP). She paid $ 700.00 and made to believe it was a good deal even though she had a phone less than 1 year old (that she was having problems with and only needed it to be fix so that she could use it again. Instead of fixing her phone that sold her a new phone. That hasn't worked since she got it. And "yes" customer service was call and for nearly two hours of them hanging up on her,,,, she is still without service and her money is gone. So this maybe the reason Senior citizens are homeless or frying in the over 100 degrees weather since the heat wave in Texas. Unable to get out in the heat and then on the streets. There should be a law against sales personal at t mobile taking advantage of the poor and senior citizens. to the CEO the following,, (will I hear from them? who knows) Currently have a non working phone since purchased in May 2022, Today I talked with Chris ID# 818 5515, Gee, ID# 758 336 Jen ID # 1872050 Roger ID # 187 1827 Any Jay 3 187 6360 Alex (a supervisor) helped me to know newst-mobile was a scam sent to my email. Which helped us a Great deal! But she is still out of $ 700.00 for a phone that should have cost her only $ 200.00 Please help. Again, who willing pays $ 700.00 for anything they can get for $200.00. (Especially, when their income is under the poverty income and they are on food stamps🤔) And the phone is not working? Thank You again.

Absolutely the worst

Absolutely the worst, I don't like even giving 1 star to T-Mobile. The cell service is terrible, the hot spot too low on data to use all month, lots of hidden charges and lots of promises from sales people which never materialize. The customer support group is in the Philippines and hard to understand. I had the service for only a month, cancelled and continued to be billed because T-Mobile only cancelled part of my account and never knew? Still being billed and hassled 7 months later! No one can help, supervisors never call as requested, but you'll get lots of apologies with no action. Right now I owe over $400 and I have no idea what for, because cancelling my account closed it and it can't be accessed! Do yourself a favor, don't believe the hype, it's all bs, I've spent countless hours to no avail. DON'T USE T-MOBILE all the bad reviews are real!

T-Mobile is a nightmare and it's not worth wasting a dime on them!!!! I got a new iPhone from Metro by T-Mobile because I was able to get it cheaper. Their service is horrible and they have my iPhone locked so that I can't switch to another cell phone carrier. I've gone back to using my previous iPhone so that I can use another cell phone carrier. When I'm at work, I can't get on the internet at least half of the time. When I was with AT&T, I could always get on the internet any time that I wanted. With T-Mobile, when I order groceries online from Walmart to pick up there, most of the time I wasn't able to place my order on my cell phone because I wouldn't have service. When I would get to Walmart, I would have to call them because I couldn't use the app to let the know that I was there to pick up my groceries. If I ordered something on the Sonic app while at home and picked it up on my way to work, I was unable to use the app to check in. I would have to push the red button to let them know that I was there to pick up my food. At work, I will listen to music on my Amazon Music app. Oftentimes the music would just stop playing and my phone would be buffering. NONE of these things happened with AT&T, so I switched to Cricket Wireless because they are a part of AT&T but cheaper. I honestly don't know how T-Mobile is able to stay in business when their service works maybe half the time!!!!!! They wouldn't cancel my service because I'd already switched over to Cricket Wireless, so they couldn't send me a text message to verify that I am who I say I am, although I provided ALL other important information to them to prove who I am. I chatted with T-Mobile and they said they didn't have the "magic fingers" to unlock my phone, only the manufacturer did. So I contacted Apple but they told me that the carrier is the only one who can unlock my phone. They refused to unlock it because I've only been with them for about 34 days and I have to have service with them for around 180 days. There is NO WAY that I'm going to stay with Metro by T-Mobile for that long!!!! I want to use my cell phone like I'm supposed to be able to use it, I can't with T-Mobile. After I first switched to Metro for a different iPhone, I switched both me and my son. When I would text a friend, both of our phones would get her replies. That's REALLY weird and should NEVER happen!!! He has a completely different cell phone number from me. Again, they have absolutely no clue what they are doing and I truly recommend that NO ONE gets service with T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile. It's just NOT worth it at all!!!!!
