Satisfied with the company
I initially had some problems when I switched to this company but the technical issues were finally resolved. The only remaining problem was their policy of keeping a new phone locked for 40 days even though it was paid for. (Who knows why!?!). But after 39 days I got a call from a representative who said he saw that there were a few problems initially and wanted to know if everything was working OK. I asked him if my phone would be unlocked automatically the next day and he said no, but he would do personally do it when he came in the next morning - and he did. What a pleasant surprise!
