I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

Superdrug Mobile were advertising via email a great promotion - unlimited data, calls and texts for £10 month for 6 months. Great! Except they will do their utmost not to give you that offer. You get to the payment screen after entering the promo code (which does work because you see the money taken off) and the site crashes. It tells you to contact customer services so I did. The advisor tells me there's a technical problem so the tech team will fix it next week (this was a Friday). All through the next week they give the same old excuse "the tech team are fixing it". In the end one advisor tells me I have the offer applied as of now (it's not) and another says it won't be until next month. That is not good enough. Don't advertise offers you won't give to customers after you take their money and port over their number! I will be contacting trading standards for false advertising. I will be leaving ASAP.

The help I received from Joshua was absolutely amazing, he really took the time to help me with both issues that I had and was able to rectify them both fairly quickly. I highly recommend the support from superdrug.
The SIM card would not activate and the customer service team on their website had me going in circles, turning the phone off and on and numerous other technical tasks that I had already performed to set up the sim. All to no avail. In the end I had to take the sim back to the store. Stick to giff gaff.

I purchased a second SIM card only to discover that I can not use it with an existing account. I need to set up a second account with a new email address !!! I asked for a refund. After uploading copies of the receipt I was asked to provide details of what shop I will claim the refund from, what date and time that I will visit the shop. I asked them to cancel my existing SIM card (no contract). They refused to do so. I am now facing the prospect of loosing £10 and/or having to claim through the courts. Money for nothing for super thieves! Put simply, super drug like to make life very, very, difficult for their customers. I recommend that you avoid this company.

Definitely not to be used for any kind of business number. I made this mistake and did not know that If you do not top up for 6 months the number would be deactivated and can never be used again. Apparently they send email warnings before this happens but I did not receive any so now I have to replace 1000s of business cards and brochures. Chat option not very helpful either, very blunt and matter of fact.
