Great interaction with Courtney and was quick to get to what I needed to do.

I was unable to make calls from my phone so had to go to the website, Was a bit dubious about using the Web chat, but Mateusz made the process quick and easy, so was thankful for their help. And the problem was fix within minutes.😊 All I would say is that they need to make a function to save the diaolgue, as my clever-self managed to go back and loose everything. Luckily, I copied and pasted the instructions.

Poor service when leaving & still being charged they also refused a refund stating that it was my fault when there info clearly states otherwise.. Avoid this company as they also are aware of connection issues with the Pixel 8 but do not advertise this until it's too late & you have to talk to them.... Glad I left

Very helpful chat line. Superdrug staff level of assistance varies on branches. I have excellent assistance in Guisborough branch, but not the same in Leamington Spa, but in general I am happy with the assistance I got online . Things were sorted.Thank you.
