I bought a SIM card and then found out I can’t use it as my phone only takes eSIM’s. Nazia was very helpful in finding out how to return the card and get a refund.

My Samsung Galaxy S7 stopped working on the Superdrug network, which is connected to Three. When I asked for a repair, I was rudely advised to buy a... new phone. Because it does not work on the 3G network and I have to have a newer one, at least 4G because 'they are switching off the relay towers of this system'. A shameful lack of care for the customer. They did not notify me about anything. Nothing works. No commnent.
I had Nazia and Carmen to help me out when i’ve used the live chat, Nazia had helped me set up my sim and and gave me instructions on how to keep my number and how i’d do this, i had spent a while on the chat with her to do this but she was great and was amazing! Carmen had helped me to check my sim is ready to go abroad and have direct website to check! Thank you ! The chat is slow however i don’t think it’s a fault of those helping.

Easy to use grate service
I started live chat on the website, waited 20 secs and was greeted by Joshua. I asked my question and after a couple questions for me, Joshua nailed the problem and gave me a step by step guide to fix it. Very helpful and friendly.
Terrible customer service. There's no number to call, so relying on emails for troubleshooting where you receive a reply every few hours. Been weeks and still cant receive or make calls.
I have just been chatting via an online help portal to Jessica and she has absolutely blown me away with her expertise and professionalism. Since last night I have not been able to make or receive calls on my Samsung handset using the conventional network, but could send & receive texts, plus I could use WhatsApp as usual. But It was a frustrating time because not all of my contacts are on WhatsApp.. (such as my doctor).. whom I was trying to get an appointment with but wasn't able to. Anyway, all my problems were resolved after Jessica took me through the settings and explained everything that was required and it was a success and I am incredibly grateful for her patience. I can thoroughly recommend Superdrug mobile, it is without doubt the BEST network supplier I have ever used.. and I've used mobile telephones since 1989, so.I really know what I'm talking about.

I had an issue with my sim card, I could not have had a more helpful, polite and thorough agent deal with the problem. From the start to the end he maintained a professionalism and robust attitude you would expect from any online agent, which indeed did result in a satisfactory conclusion. This helpful and pleasant mannerly person does deserve this very positive review.

Superdrug mobile has been my network for a while now and I can't complain at all. Customer service is always great, very approachable, helpful and friendly. Coverage is generally good compared to other networks, plans are very flexible and the value is unbeatable.
Superdrug mobile is a good price although the signal keeps dropping but overall a good product
I have had to update my card details twice, the dash board is basic but difficult to use. I bought a SIM card in the service is good but the dashboard a nightmare l couldn't activate it I had to return it it's a big inconvenience I think the site needs a proper doing up it's very frustrating and customer care are not so helpful with such matters you always hit a dead end

I traveled to England, used the SIM during my stay, I had no lack of internet, the signal was great, best cost-benefit plan. When I returned to my country, I had to cancel and Joshua was very patient and quick to answer my questions. 5 stars!!
