Wouldn't let me create account to activate SIM card. Kept telling me this email cannot be used with account. Spent three days trying via email to sort with the technical team. Useless advice from them. Something's wrong with their registration system. Went back to the shop to get my money and was told they cannot refund any money unless l have a reference number from the same technical team, made it clear that they will have to refund me before l leave. Manager got on the phone to them got a reference number and l was refunded. Thought it was too good to be true all that data and free calls and texts for a month for a tenner. Camberwell superdrug. London.

My phone had stopped making incoming and outgoing calls, and Majenta solved this for me. Her time and patience with me is so appreciated, as i'm of the older generation. Nothing a problem for Majenta.

Mateusz was really helpful today sorting out my problem with connecting.I didn't had service on my phone for about three days and he has been sorting it out for me however I chat with Joshua the other day and he actually did nothing for me told me that I need to change my device or go to a different network. Very good online chat and help.I had trouble resetting password and logging in to superdrug mobile but their advisor Mateusz sorted my oroblem out quickly.

Needed help with my new network had some difficulties figuring things out luckily they had a quick and efficient customer service that helped me resolved my issue, thankyou to the customer agent named Courtney she was very helpful overall great customer service would recommend to friends and family.

Have had an ongoing issue with auto renew for months now and with the help of Carmen today it has been resolved. Thanks so much for your help Carmen you are a credit to your team.

Such a great network! So easy to set up & unlimited calls,texts & data for £10 a month is amazing! I purchased 2 SIM cards for both my children from the Cleveleys store & the girl that served me talked me through all the benefits of the sim, she was very knowledgable.
