The SIM card would not activate - waste of time
The SIM card would not activate and the customer service team on their website had me going in circles, turning the phone off and on and numerous other technical tasks that I had already performed to set up the sim. All to no avail. In the end I had to take the sim back to the store. Stick to giff gaff.
