Customer service is shockingly bad
Customer service is shockingly bad! I put in an order (my first) and quite a big one before christmas. Ordered an oversized hoody but sent the wrong one so I contacted customer service and was told to send it back and I'd have to put in another order for correct item. I asked if they could send me a postage label as this was their mistake not just me wanting to return something I didn't like and was told they don't do that. I asked if the postage would be refunded because it wasn't my mistake and they was told to send it back again. They would not say I would get a refund so I assumed I wouldn't and gave the item to someone who would appreciate it rather than lose money on postage. Would not use them again after this
