Not happy with any of your replies your unless replie say can help but can't help Signed up as had unlimited data deal fort was good ..shop set everything up for me said everything be on in 2 hours including adult contents .now 3 months later still not on .been trying get it on .my card turns it on off but still don't work .emailed them several times said be able do it if have password or driving licence I don't have either .but was one lady said be able turn off manual..i turned plan off as is had enough but still took money for few more months ..I'm 50 not 5 how this company are treating me .sent disability bius pass. Birth certificate phone .plus shop seen me set up could checked with them or video called me see I'm not a child plus would t be talking like this if was a child .don't carry on lieing with your replies I can get in to most of my over 18 sights .but want unlock the search unlocked with my credit card still don't work fed up net work crap replies not doing nothing about it if look see getting in to over 18 sights just need fully unlock it if wasn't over 18 wouldn't be able do revew like this

Today I have received a great service from Mateusz . I lost my sim card and then contact with Superdrug mobile network and within 10 minutes they issue my new sim card .Mateusz was very friendly with great communication skill . Thanks once a again .

Had the sim card for under a week and already cut it up and binned it worst sim card provider I've been with customer service what customer service keep well away back to EE I go
