I didn’t get off to the best start with Superdrug mobile, as sim was lost in post. I most likely wasn’t the best customer to deal with. Customer service were more than helpful and took time to sort out my issues. Big thanks to Joshua for being so patient and helpful.

SIM issues I bought this SIM for my mum in August, the internet, calls and texts were quick and easy to use as usual until September my mum experienced issues making calls and recieving texts, this happened for a couple of days until it turned back to normal and she was able to make and recieve calls. Then last month she’s now experiencing the same issues trying to make and recieve calls. My dad then bought her a new phone and the same issues are recurring.

Not worth the hassle. Superdrug mobile is cheap, and when it works it works really well. Unfortunately, I've had so many issues with it just not doing the basics when I need it. For example: Auto renew kept turning itself off - meaning my phone would one day without warning not have any data because it didn't renew for the next month (absolutely no warning this was about to happen). My password didn't work on the website to log in but the exact same password worked perfectly on a mobile device to log in. My phone currently can't call or receive calls. No explanation as to why and support can't help. When it works it's great, but if you need a phone to be reliable this is not the network for you. All it takes is one of these issues when you're using it as a satnav or in a situation where you neeeed your phone and you'll wish you went for a more expensive network. I will be cancelling my sim.

Superdrug has robbed me and refused to return my money. Can you imagine just like that? They said “sorry” we couldn’t return your money. Please avoids this swindlers! The worst company ever!

I would have let the entire miserable experience go but I just saw another review that echoed my experience. With 'Joshua'. I'm with Superdrug mobile and will remain so for the immediate future... however... I was having connectivity problems, that still persist, but my phone suddenly couldn't make or receive actual phone calls. I tried everything with my Samsung Galaxy including a reset. It is not that old. 'Courtney' was dealing either my queries before passing me on to 'Joshua' (AI robots?) I was advised by this utter dick that the 3 Three network no longer supported my phone and that i'd better buy a new one or find another provider. UN-BE-EFFING-LIEVABLE. Obviously I hung up on that. And with a moment of inspiration I tried updating the software on my phone. Lo and behold, it worked again. Superdrug robot Joshua LIED. I stay with them for now. But I hate the Joshua-bot, be he human or... a bot.
