MonstaX please change merch companies!!
I ordered MonstaX merch (preorder) the beginning of February 2020 and when checking the order number it was non existent. I paid extra for the 2-3 day delivery and waited almost a month before checking the status. They said the items were out of stock and back ordered, but that isn't what the website showed, so I waited another week and checked the website again, everything was in stock so I asked again. They said that the shipping is taking longer, waited almost another month and asked again, they told me to hold tight and wait, they said they are unsure when it would arrive. I got fed up and went through paypal to get a refund. Once I got my refund through PayPal stepping in, I got a cancellation from them with my complete order. Like it magically appeared and they had not even attempted to ship it out or have any desire to send it out. I hope others keep checking and get their money back and not allow them to sit on it and keep your money because you either forgot about it or sat around waiting for a package that will most likely never come.
