I wish there was the option of Zero…
I wish there was the option of Zero stars, that being said...I placed an order for a Beatles water bottle and drum tin 30NOV2019. After placing the order and adding a 3-6 day delivery, it came back telling me the order wouldn't be filled until sometime between the 12th and 14th of January. Then the 21st of January. Then the 27th of January. Then the 14th of February. Today 14FEB2020 I went in to find the water bottle was back ordered and the tin would ship on the 21st of February. I called the help line and spoke to a woman who told me my credit card was expired and they were waiting for me to send an update. It was supposed to come via email which it didn't. I was able to cancel the order. Next I got an email with a $23.00 refund for a $54.00 order. So I called back. The customer service guy (Michael) was very good and explained that I wasn't charged for the Tin only the water bottle. I'm hoping this is true. I wouldn't order from any company that uses Musictoday.
