Seatsnet Reviews

Just want to share my experience once more, but this time with examples of the conversation with their support (sorry for lots of text, but worth reading for those who don't want to be scammed): Me: Hi, guys! I want to ask about tickets on the concert of Linkin Park in Madrid, today. My girlfriend made an order (in october, 2025) and we still don't have our tickets. Our order number: 240321. Sorry for my tone, but this is not funny at all, we will complain everywhere where this is possible and we will contact our bank with all the information and category of charge-back in the category Services Not Received. You're ignoring us and not telling when tickets will be ready, this is not funny at all ) Tell us when the tickets will arrive or send them right now! We were waiting for that long time and you are asking us to wait for PAID tickets when the concert starts in 4 hours.... this is crazy as for me. waiting for your response Their response: We understand your concern, but please rest assured that your tickets are fully guaranteed and will be delivered well before the event starts. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Me: I’m assured that you scammed us. And I’m assured that you will regret ) Their response: We completely understand your frustration regarding the delivery timeline, but please be assured that this is a fully verified and guaranteed order. We do not engage in fraudulent practices; your tickets are secure and are actively being finalized for delivery. Me: In what way they are being finalized? What you actually do ? 4 hours before the start of the concert Just curious what kind of job can be in the process right now related to the tickets Their response: We guarantee that the maximum delivery delay will be no later than 1 hour before the show begins. ----- as you understand, after waiting 4 hours we didn't receive our tickets, so after the concert was finished, I asked them very honest question: So, what the .... now ? Where are the tickets ? Concert has passed ))) How we gonna solve this question? Will you send refund? And their response was just AMAZING: One of your two tickets has been successfully sent to you as guaranteed. Thank you. I could't hold my emotions: One of your two tickets 😂😂😂this is funny as hell First of all this is not true Secondly, how it supposed to work ? You send one ticket, what the hell should the second person do ?😂 especially considering that you received money for 2 tickets So, you kind of officially tell that you haven’t done your job ? One of two tickets 😂😂😂😂 ---- So, just an honest opinion - they are scammers

I strongly advise everyone NOT to use Seatsnet. We paid €796.42 for 5 tickets for FC Barcelona vs Athletic Club Bilbao on 27 August 2026 (Order #2073419). Seatsnet repeatedly assured us in writing that the tickets would be delivered. They told us delivery would happen “without fail”, later promised the tickets 1–3 hours before the game, and even stated that they had a “100 percent delivery rate.” We travelled to Barcelona with our family and were at the stadium waiting for the tickets. Not one of the 5 tickets was ever delivered. The match started and we were left outside without the tickets we had paid for. Afterwards, Seatsnet showed the order as NOT SENT / Refunded to Wallet. We requested the €796.42 back to the original card, and Seatsnet confirmed that the refund process had been initiated. The wallet balance then became €0.00. Despite this, the €796.42 has still not been returned to the card, and we have now had to start a dispute/chargeback procedure with our bank. Based on my personal experience, I consider this service completely unreliable and misleading. Do not make the same mistake we did. Do not use Seatsnet. Buy your tickets from an official or verified source instead. 5 tickets paid for. 0 tickets delivered. €796.42 still not refunded. Never again. 1 star only because zero stars is not an option.

easy to order and sent with no issues

Toujours reçu mes tickets. Rien à redire service impeccable, si y a besoin communication présente. Je recommande

I received the tickets a few days before the concert. Communication with the company was quite good. Unfortunately, the seats I received were in different rows.

Все було чудово.👍

We got tickets 20 hours before the game after several contacts to Seatsnet. Tickets were not even close to place we purchased them for. In top of that, the four tickets together we purchased were separated to 2+2 tickets and as a family we were sitting in the opposite sides of the stadium. I will never use Seatsnet again.

DO NOT USE SEATSNET Spent £750 on 3 x Liverpool tickets in AM2 hospitality section. They auto downgraded my tickets to a different standard section which I refused to accept as there terms state similar or upgraded offers will be made. They would not provide me with any details to speak to customer services to resolve the issue. No alternative tickets were offered other than the downgraded ones. I did not attend the game and they have kept my money. They just put an AI chatbot on with you permanently with generic responses. Worst company ive ever dealt with. Avoid them at all cost!!

I would give less than 1 star but it won't let me , got tickets for spurs Everton for my sons birthday... got to the game and the qr code for the tickets get rejected straight away. They scan it and it automatically comes up as a bad ticket .. steward explained they get scanned at 1st point of entry then qr code updates and scanned again at turnstile to gain access on genuine club bought tickets ... these didnt even get us past 1st point of entry so not sure how they thought id get to the second entry stage. Contacted them and they said can you explain whats happening so we can investigate .... I explained very clearly what was going on ... we tried a couple different entry points and same thing ... bad ticket!! In the end the stewards suggest we move on and I didnt blame them !! We went and found some where to watch the game .... they then asked me to go back and video the tickets being rejected .. this now was way past kick off !! I said the qr code is on my phone I cant video it at the same time with it being rejected.... they then wanted me to get it in writing so they could look into it !!! It was all too late we had missed kick off !!! We had travelled over 5 hours to the game only to find the tickets didnt work and wouldnt of worked because of the entry process !!!! They simply don't seem to care at all !!! Completely embarrassed and disgusted!!! SCAM COMPANY

Very good and they kept to there word

Bon Jovi is my favorit artist, and I hope that he sing many years. Wembley is one the most great stadium in Europe. My memories, and my son memories will be in our harts.

Totally disgraceful, miss sold football tickets and wouldn’t change them or even engage

If there was an option for no stars i would have chosen that, i bought tickets on 13th august and was assured in my one and only whatsapp message that the transactiion was safe and secure, how wrong was i they have never responded again i saw red flags with other reviews and decided to raise a dispute with my bank, seatsnet challenged this and said they had tried to send tickets via email but believe they have wrong email which is nonsense as i received a receipt on day of transaction. So they provided generic evidence to visa who denied the claim. The status of the tickets in the app and their website has remained the same not sent, waiting for seller to upload and the cost has increased This was for an event tomorrow and thankfully my bank based on my evidence have reopened the chargeback case. Please whatever you do do not trust this company and do nit put yourself through as much stress as I have gone through this last four weeks

Good service

I bought 8 tickets on Seatsnet.com. The tickets were supposed to arrive the week before the concert, then the day before, then the morning of the concert. They finally arrived at 10:30 AM on the day of the show. Despite the stress of waiting, customer service always responded quickly by email. The concert was great, thanks to Seatsnet! Elena & Co.

Great experience purchasing tickets from this site. I had a little difficulty downloading the tickets (entirely my fault) but someone was there on WhatsApp immediately to assist me and answer any questions. Would definitely use them again. Thank you.

Good seats, different area but it was more like an upgrade than a down grade, tickets turned up late the night before but they did turn up and they did work, I went Chelsea Vs Leeds in the cup

⭐️ SEATSNET — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE ⭐️ I honestly don’t know where to start with this experience. I purchased concert tickets through Seatsnet with an estimated delivery date of 4/9/26. Considering I was travelling from Liverpool to London specifically for the concert, having the tickets arrive on time was rather important. 4/9 came and went. No tickets. Cue the WhatsApp conversations with Seatsnet. The response? Essentially: “Rest assured, your tickets will be delivered.” Brilliant. Except nobody could actually tell me WHEN they would be delivered. I continued chasing for updates and eventually received a phone call from Seatsnet explaining that they were trying to get the seller to send the tickets. Fair enough — at least someone finally explained what was actually happening. Then came the absolute gem: Apparently, the tickets could potentially be delivered up to TWO HOURS before the concert started. Two hours. When you’ve travelled from Liverpool to London for an event, that’s not reassurance. That’s anxiety with a countdown timer. 😂 Imagine travelling hundreds of miles, paying for travel and accommodation, and potentially finding yourself standing outside a London venue waiting for your concert ticket to materialise. “Rest assured.” Yeah… right. 😂 Thankfully, the tickets eventually arrived. But surely that would be the end of the drama? Nope. The tickets had NO GATE NUMBER. NO TURNSTILE INFORMATION. So we arrived at the venue and started playing “Which Turnstile Will Actually Let Us In?” First one: ❌ WRONG TURNSTILE Second one: ❌ WRONG TURNSTILE At this point I was beginning to question whether I’d purchased concert tickets or accidentally signed up for The Crystal Maze. 😂 Eventually, after trying multiple turnstiles, we found the correct one and got inside. My overall experience with Seatsnet Yes, ultimately the tickets worked and we got into the concert. But let’s be honest — that’s the bare minimum. The entire process was unnecessarily stressful, particularly because the communication was so poor. The WhatsApp support was frustrating. There was far too much “don’t worry” and not enough actual information. Customers don’t need constant reassurance. They need answers. Where are my tickets? When will they arrive? Are they definitely coming? What happens if they don’t? Those are fairly reasonable questions when you’ve spent money on tickets and are travelling from another city to attend an event. I completely understand that Seatsnet relies on sellers providing tickets, but that’s not really the customer’s problem. The customer has bought through Seatsnet and expects Seatsnet to provide a reliable service. Would I use Seatsnet again? Absolutely not unless I had no other option. The experience left me feeling like I was taking a gamble right up until the moment we actually got through the turnstiles. Tickets eventually arrived ✅ We eventually got inside ✅ Peace of mind ❌ Clear communication ❌ Stress-free experience ❌ Seatsnet might want customers to “rest assured”, but after this experience, I’d be more inclined to “remain concerned.” 😂 For me, this was a one-star experience, and the only reason I’m giving one star rather than zero is because, eventually, we actually got into the concert. Use at your own risk.

Hello. I byed the tickets in February. Usually we receive the tickets when we pay them. Then I saw it was to be in 4/9 (1 day before the show). This was my first (and last) time with Seatsnet. In August we decided maybe not to go. The show was in 5/9. Any way, I could offer the tickets. I had a bad sleep night from 4 to 5/9 without the tickets. They arrived at 11h and 15h pm on the day of the concert. And it was said from you that they could arrive until 3 to 1 hour before the show! Thanks, but no thanks. The tickets stayed with me for nobody. That´s why I give you 2/5. 1/5 should be if the tickets never arrived

I’ve used Seatsnet many times, very reliable, never a problem. Fantastic experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
