I would give less than 1 star but ....
I would give less than 1 star but it won't let me , got tickets for spurs Everton for my sons birthday... got to the game and the qr code for the tickets get rejected straight away. They scan it and it automatically comes up as a bad ticket .. steward explained they get scanned at 1st point of entry then qr code updates and scanned again at turnstile to gain access on genuine club bought tickets ... these didnt even get us past 1st point of entry so not sure how they thought id get to the second entry stage. Contacted them and they said can you explain whats happening so we can investigate .... I explained very clearly what was going on ... we tried a couple different entry points and same thing ... bad ticket!! In the end the stewards suggest we move on and I didnt blame them !! We went and found some where to watch the game .... they then asked me to go back and video the tickets being rejected .. this now was way past kick off !! I said the qr code is on my phone I cant video it at the same time with it being rejected.... they then wanted me to get it in writing so they could look into it !!! It was all too late we had missed kick off !!! We had travelled over 5 hours to the game only to find the tickets didnt work and wouldnt of worked because of the entry process !!!! They simply don't seem to care at all !!! Completely embarrassed and disgusted!!! SCAM COMPANY
