Pésimo no recibí mis entradas y las adquirí una semana antes del partido

Hallo zusammen Wir haben 4 Tickets gebucht und bezahlt für das Chealsea Spiel vom 10.10.2026,leider bekamen wir keine Tickets obwohl wir in Kontakt waren bis auf die letzten minuten und es immer hieß sie kommen kamen sie nicht, richtig schwach.Somit haben wir 1100Fr verloren 😞 Bitte bitte Leute kauft nichts von (Seatsnet) weil es betrüger sind

Bit tricky review this - Seatsnet sold us 8 seats for Dortmund v Werder Bremen in ‘the yellow wall’ They delivered as they said they would excellent The bad bit is the nerve racking wait up to the game. We got 6 about 3 hours before the other two came just over an hour before kick off. A bit nervous i wont lie. The bit to think about. 1. They did get us the tickets 2. Can be unsettling waiting for then So rather than a full 5 stars Its a 4/5 from us

Appalling customer experience. I booked seats to Napoli football in section D26, halfway line upper tier. I received tickets shoved away in the corner, with a lame explanation it was "similar or equivalent" I'll never use them again

After 5 years I still haven’t received my payout of over €500 after multiple requests and complaints to the bank. They don’t answer emails or phone calls. STAY AWAY

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company completely ruined what was supposed to be an unforgettable football trip. My group of four flew all the way from Estonia to Rotterdam specifically to watch the high-profile Feyenoord vs. AFC Ajax match on March 22, 2026. We paid €576.34 in total (including an extortionate €129.22 "handling fee") for four tickets. The tickets never arrived. For hours leading up to the game, I was in direct contact with their WhatsApp support while standing physically outside the stadium gates. Their responses were a masterclass in gaslighting and stalling. Despite knowing the game was minutes away, their agents kept repeating automated, hollow phrases like: "Please rest assured, we have a 100% delivery rate," and "Your tickets will be arriving shortly." They kept us waiting past the kickoff whistle, completely locking us out of the stadium and making it impossible for us to even attempt buying alternative tickets locally. We traveled across Europe only to listen to the game start from behind a fence. While they eventually refunded the ticket price after weeks of hassle, their idea of "compensation" for ruining an international trip, flight costs, hotel bookings, and taking time off work was an insulting €50 portal credit—as if I would ever trust this platform with my money again. Seatsnet relies on false promises and leaves you stranded when it matters most. Avoid this platform at all costs if you actually want to attend your event. Total scam-like operation.

Experience was good. They've delivered the tickets 1 day before the event as promised. It would be better if tickets were transferred a bit earlier before the event particularly when having a very impatient child waiting for the tickets.

If I could give zero stars I would. This site is a total scam. Not only did they misrepresent the tickets I thought I was buying, when I went to dispute the purchase they gave me a blow off answer and then ignored me. I found out that my tickets were part of a pool of tickets that got randomly sent a day before the event with a shady message to delete the ticket after use. If that’s not shady enough, I was contacted by some random person on WhatsApp saying they had the tickets which by the way were randomly scattered in different parts of the park so that me and my guest wouldn’t even sit together. They are nothing but thieves and fraudsters. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and get scammed like I did.

We got the tickets easily and we got constant massages from the site. The only problem was before we got it because we didn't know where we are going to seat.

Wow ! Where do i start? Buying tickets online and easily caused obvious anxiety that this company may not be real. They are real very real but provide an unreal service. Nous sommes allé spécialement à Madrid en ce jour (20 septembre 2026) pour le derby madrilène. Nous venons de France donc pas mal de kilomètres parcouru. Tout ça pour ne jamais recevoir les billets. On nous a promis que les billets étaient en cours d’acheminement mais nous ne les avons jamais reçu. Bref énormément de dépenser pour rien, je ne recommande pas du tout. FUYEZ !!!!

I bought tickets through seatsnet. Had a bit of difficulty with getting the tickets from seller. Seatsnet was just superb. They phoned me 3 times. Then kept in contact till tickets were sorted. They were excellent. Thank you seatsnet
