I strongly advise everyone NOT to use Seatsnet. We paid €796.42 for 5 tickets for FC Barcelona vs Athletic Club Bilbao on 27 August 2026 (Order #2073419). Seatsnet repeatedly assured us in writing that the tickets would be delivered. They told us delivery would happen “without fail”, later promised the tickets 1–3 hours before the game, and even stated that they had a “100 percent delivery rate.” We travelled to Barcelona with our family and were at the stadium waiting for the tickets. Not one of the 5 tickets was ever delivered. The match started and we were left outside without the tickets we had paid for. Afterwards, Seatsnet showed the order as NOT SENT / Refunded to Wallet. We requested the €796.42 back to the original card, and Seatsnet confirmed that the refund process had been initiated. The wallet balance then became €0.00. Despite this, the €796.42 has still not been returned to the card, and we have now had to start a dispute/chargeback procedure with our bank. Based on my personal experience, I consider this service completely unreliable and misleading. Do not make the same mistake we did. Do not use Seatsnet. Buy your tickets from an official or verified source instead. 5 tickets paid for. 0 tickets delivered. €796.42 still not refunded. Never again. 1 star only because zero stars is not an option.
