We bought tickets to a match in Paris, travelling from London. They sent multiple emails saying that tickets were pending, we should not worry, they could arrive up to an hour before kick off. Morning of the match, whilst we're en route to Paris, they cancelled the order and refunded us. So we've paid for the wasted journey and hotel rooms and no tickets to the match. Completely untrustworthy.

This is not a service; it is an absolute scam and a total display of disrespect toward customers. I traveled all the way from Ukraine to Paris specifically for this event — enduring a massive, exhausting journey and spending a significant amount of money on travel and accommodation. Up until the very last day — literally until yesterday — Seatsnet swore and guaranteed that everything was completely under control and that my e-tickets would arrive "very soon." And what happened in the end? Just a few hours before the event, they sent a generic brush-off: "Sorry, the seller doesn’t have access to the tickets." Are you serious?! A few hours before the event?! You kept me in the dark until the absolute last minute, let me travel to another country, and then simply washed your hands of it! Yesterday you gave your word, and today you walk away when it is completely impossible to fix! Seatsnet is not a reliable platform. It is a sketchy operation selling air. Because of your negligence and lies, my trip is totally ruined, my money spent on logistics and hotels is thrown down the drain, and my nerves are destroyed. NEVER buy anything from Seatsnet under any circumstances! I will be demanding an immediate full refund and filing complaints with every consumer protection authority possible. Order ID #2074542

Good information, clear app and website. Email exchange was friendly and fast. The tickets came 1 day before the match, this would be helpful if it could be a little earlier. Lots of messages tbrough Whatsapp just before the match. It's helpful and clear, but clearly made with AI. The names on the tickets were not ours (it did not matter at all, but confused me a bit), the seats almost but not 100% next to each other ( easily arranged in the stadium with the people next to us). Only thing I missed was the personal touch instead of AI. But maybe I am getting old....

Die Kommunikation war Ok. Die Tickets haben wir ca. 3h vor dem Spiel erhalten, jedoch waren diese nicht wie bestellt Sitzplätze, wir erhielten Stehplätze im Fansektor mit einem Kind! Dies geht einfach nicht, wir sind sehr enttäuscht und haben sehr viel Geld bezahlt.

BEWARE!!! I flew in from far away, but my ticket arrived at the very last minute—and for a different, cheaper section. I tried to resolve the issue, but they stopped responding. They also refuse to refund the price difference. I will never again order tickets from this company, which resells other people's season tickets.

Following changes to the event, we were informed that our tickets would not be valid at the alternative venue. Seatsnet subsequently confirmed that our order was cancelled and indicated that a refund would be processed. Almost TWO MONTHS later, WE HAVE RECEIVED NOTHING. What makes this situation even more unacceptable is that PSG has already refunded the official tickets, while Seatsnet continues to withhold our €638.17. Despite repeated emails and formal complaints, Seatsnet has failed to provide a meaningful response, a clear explanation, or a confirmed refund date. Their own refund policy provides for reimbursement under applicable cancellation conditions, yet our money has still not been returned. HOW CAN A COMPANY KEEP A CUSTOMER’S MONEY WHEN THE TICKETS HAVE BEEN CANCELLED AND THE ORIGINAL CLUB HAS ALREADY ISSUED A REFUND? Scammed - DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSITE bought 2 tickets for real madrid v villereal for €260 on the 06/10 after paying no tickets arrived. company stated tickets were 100%. contact site by what’s app and email. stated tickets would arrive 09/10 1 day before game. no tickets arrived so contacted them again - new timeline 1-3 hours before the game kick off. no tickets arrived … i travel from ireland to madrid with partner. contacted again as no tickets - stated tickets will be with me 1 hour before kick off tickets did not arrive untill after kick off. asked for refund … stated that i had received tickets. disgrace. reported the company as didn’t get to the game

Disappointing experience – won’t use Seatsnet again We booked tickets through Seatsnet for Lazio v Monza during our holiday in Rome in October 2026. After choosing and paying for our seats, we were informed shortly before travelling that they were no longer available. Instead of a refund, we received account credit plus €8 compensation. When we rebooked, the same seats were being advertised at a much higher price. We ended up paying approximately €70 extra, almost double our original cost. To make matters worse, the seats we received didn’t match the location shown on Seatsnet’s seating diagram. We enjoyed the match and the atmosphere, but the booking experience was extremely disappointing. We won’t use Seatsnet again and would strongly recommend booking directly through the football club instead.
