If there was an option for no stars i would have chosen that, i bought tickets on 13th august and was assured in my one and only whatsapp message that the transactiion was safe and secure, how wrong was i they have never responded again i saw red flags with other reviews and decided to raise a dispute with my bank, seatsnet challenged this and said they had tried to send tickets via email but believe they have wrong email which is nonsense as i received a receipt on day of transaction. So they provided generic evidence to visa who denied the claim. The status of the tickets in the app and their website has remained the same not sent, waiting for seller to upload and the cost has increased This was for an event tomorrow and thankfully my bank based on my evidence have reopened the chargeback case. Please whatever you do do not trust this company and do nit put yourself through as much stress as I have gone through this last four weeks
