Hello. I byed the tickets in February. Usually we receive the tickets when we pay them. Then I saw it was to be in 4/9 (1 day before the show). This was my first (and last) time with Seatsnet. In August we decided maybe not to go. The show was in 5/9. Any way, I could offer the tickets. I had a bad sleep night from 4 to 5/9 without the tickets. They arrived at 11h and 15h pm on the day of the concert. And it was said from you that they could arrive until 3 to 1 hour before the show! Thanks, but no thanks. The tickets stayed with me for nobody. That´s why I give you 2/5. 1/5 should be if the tickets never arrived
