Es una página que no funciona, intenté comprar unas zapatillas y estuve 20 minutos intentando hacer la compra pero daba todo el rato error por parte de Nike, me puse en contacto con el servicio técnico y no me pudieron solucionar nada, me dijeron que esperase veinticuatro horas y lo volviera a intentar, y ahora que ya me deja están agotadas las zapatillas. Haceros un favor a vosotros mismos y buscar ofertas en otras páginas.

Nike Jamais plus ! J'ai eu beaucoup de travail, je n'ai pas pu aller chercher mes vêtements et les essayer. Bien que j'ai expliqué ma situation au téléphone, impossible de faire le retour alors que il y avait un dépassement de 2 jours ! L'opérateur de Nike au téléphone ne pouvait rien faire car la politique de Nike est plus importante que ses clients. En conséquence, c'est la dernière fois que je commande chez Nike. Ceux qui ne travaillent pas ou peu auront le temps d'essayer ! Peut-être pas l'argent pour faire les achats que je faisais. Mais finalement, ceux qui ont l'argent manquent parfois de temps Bravo le Service clientèle qui fait perdre de bons clients en les impuissantant plutôt qu'en les fidélisant Quand je vois les autres avis, je comprends ne pas être la seule mécontente !

If I could give this zero stars I…

If I could give this zero stars I would. Quite possibly the worst customer service I have received in my life. The staff will blatantly lie to you just so you get off the phone and the chat. They don’t resolve anything and I am left out of pocket as they have stolen my funds. I ordered a gift card which was not received. I requested a cancellation 3 days after the order was made. The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful and you could tell she didn’t want to be there. She sent me an email to say a cancellation had been requested. I went back and forth with customer service who kept telling me they had escalated the case and I would receive my refund. It has been a month now and I still haven’t received it. They are now trying to say I am outside the 14 day refund policy even though I requested it three days after the order. I am beyond disgusted. Will never ever order anything from Nike again. Always use a credit card with them if you are going to order because they will take your money

Thieves !

Terrible experience. Ordered trainers the delivery company Paack have lied and provided a fake DNI and signature. The business wasn’t even open at the time they claimed to deliver. Nike refuse to help with a refund or replacement. Nike are great in other countries but awful in Spain avoid at all costs !!!! Have taken up with PayPal and then it will be the police. Discussing way to treat customers

I ordered some trainers

I ordered some trainers, went on holiday, got back my trainers had been delivered by royal mail, no picture or details of delivery, just a picture of the parcel. No note left so I contacted nike who confirm royal mail posted to a neighbour, no details of number or who or even which town. So nike wont replace as they say its been delivered. Absolute shambles, the postie even said he cannot remember, he left a parcel over the fence and with the neighbour next door, ive got the parcel off the neighbours and there was nothing over the fence. Someone is clearly lying and how can a postie remember from a week ago, surely he delivers multiple parcels.

J’ai passé une commande pour un tee…

J’ai passé une commande pour un tee shirt de foot ado je devais le recevoir 3 jours après au final rien reçu au final au bout de 2 semaines on me dit que le colis est bloqué. je décide donc de recommander la même chose et il m’est arrivé encore la même chose. Conclusion c’était un cadeau d’anniversaire et au final je ne l’ai jamais reçu et toujours des excuses. Plus jamais je commanderais sur nike

Nike hat den schlechtesten Kundenservice den ich je hatte. Man wird immer nur vertröstet das man eine Info in 3 bis 5 Werktagen erhält. Schon über 1 Monat auf eine Rückzahlung am warten. Keine Info kein Geld. Unmöglich.
