DO NOT USE SEATSNET Spent £750 on 3 x Liverpool tickets in AM2 hospitality section. They auto downgraded my tickets to a different standard section which I refused to accept as there terms state similar or upgraded offers will be made. They would not provide me with any details to speak to customer services to resolve the issue. No alternative tickets were offered other than the downgraded ones. I did not attend the game and they have kept my money. They just put an AI chatbot on with you permanently with generic responses. Worst company ive ever dealt with. Avoid them at all cost!!
