I reached out and joined ReGain in a time of great need. After filling out a very thoughtful and through questionnaire ReGain pairs you with a custom tailored therapist. My therapist could not be better. Each session is built upon the last. No matter where you are in need a proper course is laid down and real usable tools are taught. Even after a relatively short period of time I'm far stronger and better equipped and in peace with working through future issues. I plan on staying with ReGain indefinitely. Highly recommend to everyone.

What a great service for those of us looking for a little help with therapy. It is easy to use and the therapist it matched us with is perfect for us.

Wife and I signed up to meet with a counselor, to find the mostly keep 8-5 hours. And would not be able to start for several weeks after we paid. They have not done much to resolve the situation to date. Generally has not been a good experience so far.

We use Regain and have overall had a great experience. We weren't huge fans of our first therapist and found her to be a bit unprofessional, though kind; however, it was quick and easy to find another option whom we absolutely love. I would recommend this service, especially for those with young kids and have a hard time getting out and about.

Couldn't talk to anyone until I gave them $250.00. Knew it wasn't going to work for me right away. I asked the counselor about a refund, he did not refer me for a refund and I sure wasn't able to talk to anyone else. I FEEL RIPPED OFF!!! Did I have to get mean and ugly to get my money back? He knew he did nothing for me. When He wouldn't talk about refund I asked him if he could at least send me some helpful information to print out. He managed to do that but it was hardly worth $250.00. I believe he took advantage of a whimp

I made an account in the most vulnerable moment of my marriage, desperately needing counseling. After 3 weeks and being paired with 4 different therapists we couldn't get a single line of communication, much less a therapy session going. Total waste of time.

This service was amazing - our couple’s therapist helped us get through our issues and better understand each other and ourselves. Allowed us to better accept our differences and learn better communicate.

This is a complete and utter scam. We had our first session scheduled for 2 weeks in advance with Dr Tracy mallet. Literally 2 minutes before our session we got a new message saying we had more forms to fill out. We immediately filled them out, 1 minute after our session started Tracy mallett canceled the session because she said we hadn't filled them out. And they were ridiculous forms, too. Furthermore, in advance of our session she would send idiotic messages with dime store psychology sayings, the kind of stuff you can get anywhere on the internet. Do yourself a favor, definitely go elsewhere.

I used ragainus for marriage counseling about a year ago. I stopped when divorce proceedings began. In my recovery I learned my ex was a narcissist, abused me emotionally, isolated me from family… Instead of helping the therapist made excuses for my ex. The therapist even tried to help her cover for her obvious infidelity (I overheard her call the guy and discuss how his mouth tasted).

Great therapist absolutely awful website and platform. There is no way to pause subscription if your therapist goes away on holiday or is sick or there are any scheduling issues. Ended up being charged £720 for 5 sessions.

Disgusted at how the counselor used personal attacks when I told her KANDACE PERRYMAN that “no offense I think you’re a nice person I just don’t think these sessions are helpful for me.” Instead she used what I confided in her to blast me and attacked me on forum chat with my partner and using judgmental remarks saying “I assume you have this and that issue….” “I feel sorry for you…” I wish this website allows me to upload pictures with what she wrote and you can see how unprofessional and shallow she became. I am appalled that such reputable company would hire such a person especially to deal with confidential delicate matters and violate HIPPA and trust of her clients!

Counselors do NOT have your best interest. They are slow to respond to any of the messages (despite REGAIN highlighting that one of their best features in unlimited messages with weekly video counseling. The first one looked confused and left due to unavailability to accomodate to our schedule. The second one (ERIC SLAUGHTER) fired my partner after one session because he thinks I could do better alone. Then after me convincing him that I at least want to try 2-3 sessions as a couple, offered me individual counseling. Only to fire me because I didn't want to answer him what time I slept. When I told him it made me feel uncomfortable and that it is irrelevant to our counseling. He said he has decided to not continue because I refuse to tell him what time I sleep. And when I ask why must he know since it's irrelevant, he insisted that it's because it's important as i once told him I didn't have a good sleep (which is untrue). Do not waste your money on regain. They are slow to respond and hardly give you good advice/homework to practice. I am a healthcare provider myself and will NEVER reccomend Regain to any of my patients. Checkl out Better Business Bureau website tried contacting them without any response!!

The therapist we had was good, but the regain system is just awful. It should be charging by the actual time you have with a therapist, and not by the "4 weeks period". Sometimes the Regain system gave us 45 minutes, sometimes only 30 minutes. Our therapist is a human being with a life, and had to take time to move, but Regain doesn't care and doesn't make accommodations for the clients. You get _at most_ one session at week. Since they charged $432 total for what I thought was 4 one-hour long sessions, and we only ended up meeting the therapist three times for 45, 45, and 30 minutes, (again I don't blame the therapist for scheduling trouble), Regain effectively charged us $216 per hour... Not a good deal.

I just bought the service , as it was top of google search and I am already seeing how bad the service is.

This is a total scam and the deepest most shameful kind of fleecing of people who are in crisis. Terrible. If I was a religious person I would say these people are truly going to hell. No one wants to sign up for couples counseling and I finally got my husband to agree. You have to pay up front and I was eager to get started. We were matched and made an appointment. The counselor looked good. So far so good. Less than 24 hours before she canceled asking if we could meet at odd times the next day instead (7am?) We said no but we could meet later in the evening and she sent an appointment for 8pm. She emails 15 mins before the session saying she can't make it. She says she wants to do 630 pm the next day. We agree. She sends an appointment for 6pm. We log on and wait at 5:55pm. We send a message at 6:01, and 6:02 and 6:10. Finally at 6:15 we say we will log back on at 6:30 as there was confusion in her messages. We do, She NEVER LOGS ON. We emailed 6 times over an hour. We checked all equipment. The next day she emails and says "oh I couldn't tell that you were online" but all the messages were delivered. We ask to be matched with someone else. No one answers the phone line except an "answering service" so we email the contact address. Someone named Bronwen says she is personally finding us a new counselor and will give us 2 free sessions. Okay great. 2 days go by. I email again and ask for status. They match us with a counselor who describes himself as the exact opposite of what we were looking for and does not deal with the issues for which we are seeking help. We reject the match and email again asking for the type of counselor we want. Our issues are not exotic. We are told "there is no one who matches that." WHAT? Then why did you take my money?? Its caused MORE stress with a husband who does not believe in therapy much to begin with. Just do yourself a favor and stay FAR AWAY. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Be careful, if you go on their site just to look and try to find a therapist, at least in my case I thought I had found a therapist and then told them that I thought better of it and wanted to see someone locally and thought that was the end of it well they had my credit card number I didn’t even realize it had been charging me $260 a month for the last half a year. This “therapist” well once a month just check in and say hi and one more sentence, and I was none the wiser. Be very careful with these con artists

This review pertains to my experience with the platform, not my counselor or therapist. The platform is absolute trash. They force you to pay upfront for a month (they have other options, such as weekly payments, but at a higher cost), then you spend half the month trying to schedule with your counselor. I’ve paid for 2 full months, but I’ve done maybe 4 sessions with my therapist. I’ve requested a cancellation and a prorated refund for the unused time. So far, my request has not been met. They gave me option to sign up for the weekly program, then they would prorate my refund. The weekly program doesn’t work for me, as I simply want to do sessions once every other week, and pay as I take them. I don’t have time to cancel my subscription every other week to avoid being charge for the weeks in between. I will gladly update my review should they honor my request, but for now, the experience has been horrible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AND WILL GLADLY SHARE MY EXPERIENCE ACROSS ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS.

This company Regain or Better Health is a complete scam. They put me on a monthly subscription which I never requested. Then went on to charge me 1000 dollars for consultations that I never participated in. Avoid this organization at all costs and don't give them your credit card information ever. I even told the counselor that I needed to halt sessions and they continued to charge for inperson sessions that never took place 4 months worth. I feel like I have been mislead and scammed from a company that I went to for mental heath help. Terrible organization.

We'd give this 0 stars if we could. They promise 24hrs response time, take a month's worth of payment in advance, then fail to connect you with a counsellor who knows how the service works. We tried to book one of our sessions per week, only to be shown availability for the following week (i.e immediately losing £60 of what we've paid for) AND the booking button doesn't work!! Truly awful, as the others say, it feels like a scam.
