My fiancè and I were dealing with a lot of communication issues and we decided to try online counseling because it would be easier than in person for our situation. The app first of all is so easy and convenient to use. We were matched with a wonderful therapist who is understanding and is completely unbiased. He helped us while being kind and giving us homework that has improved our relationship 100%. People close to us have noticed a huge difference and we are stronger and happier then ever before. They make you sign up for a month. The therapist they matched us with had a very strong accent and we had difficulty understanding her. She told us we needed a more specialized therapist and she couldn't help. Now I'm stuck having paid for a month with no assistance provided and a very bad session with a therapist who made both myself and my boyfriend feel very uncomfortable. You should be allowed to pick your own therapist.

Excellent way to receive couples therapy online. We found an amazing therapist and it is reasonable and convenient.

I was able to request the type of therapist I wanted and was matched with a therapist very quickly, within 20 minutes. She immediately reached out, introduced herself and scheduled our first live session. She responds to any message within 24 hours and provides worksheets and tools to guide me. I definitely recommend ReGain.

NIGHTMARE they took £240 out of my account immediately, then proceeded to take £60 per week despite me asking them not too and never having any counselling from them, when I tried to cancel & get money back they deny all knowledge of my email address. had to go to bank fraud team in end. AVOID

Horrible service! you cant even reach the customer service. Very few therapists with availability once every two week and because they are US based you dont even find a decent time for the therapy as they run between midnight to 5am! Ridiculous for a service that promotes that it is for global therapy. Currently asking for refund, from a customer service that only answers at US times..fun!

I started using Regain roughly 6 weeks ago. I don’t normally stray away from my routines and stick with the same doctors and therapists I always see. I struggle with major anxiety & depression. I really didn’t wanna leave the house and wait awkwardly in a waiting room. So I found regain. I was matched with a therapist very quickly!! I started my first video call just a day later! I spilled my heart out and we made goals- I noticed a change in my life very quickly. I love that I get to journal freely within the app too. & I pay less to see my therapist now than I did before! So it’s a win- win!!

Regain is an amazing platform. They let you fill out a questionnaire to find your perfect counselor. After your meeting with your counselor you are allowed to switch and provide feedback to find a more suitable therapist. I didn’t need to switch Therapists because mines was perfect! Eunice is amazing! She’s real and makes conversations comfortable. When you email the help desk they respond quickly and ALWAYS with a resolution to your complaint. This is also an affordable platform.

At first i was hesitant because help was online and did not think it would work .However Dr Connor gave me hope she was there to support me with my struggles .Very professional with human touch ,i opened up to her with secrets i never thought come to surface .I look forward to being whole again .I believe if its gonna happen it could only be with Dr Connor s support .

I bought a subscription for Regain when emotionally charged and didn't think about my financial situation. A few hours later I contacted them asking to refund me as I hadn't used the service yet and didn't want to struggle financially. They refunded me less than half the money but refused to give me a full refund. So I decided to try to find a therapist, but the one I was matched with didn't work weekends and the one after that lived in America and didn't have many time slots available on Sunday until 2 weeks later into my 4 week subscription. I asked for a refund again and was ignored and instead given an extra week for free. The bottom line is they do not act like a normal company, they will not refund you even if you contact them right away and don't use the service. They aggressively try to keep their customers from leaving and treat us like numbers and money and not people though the whole reason you should be using this service is because you're struggling in some way. I used better help before and had a good experience, but now I will never use any of their services again. The fact they don't seem affected or respond to the reviews on trustpilot too should tell you everything. They will not care about you, don't be scammed like many of us were and see a real therapist in person.

During the pandemic having an opportuntiy to speak with someone/anyone really helped in meltdown moments. I liked the format. I had kind therapists who responded quickly. Now that I have options though I am going to go to somone with more specific for really working on my underlying area of trauma. They are kind but not very specified and often more general. I kinda felt I was treading water but at least with them they helped me not sink.

My family and I started using Regain last year during our difficult time. It was our first official experience with therapy. The process was simple and we truly recommend it for all! Online therapy is not disruptive to your life and the therapists truly help.

You go through a million questions about yourself before you get anything about how/what they do. Once I got through their series of questions, which I have no doubt will be used to profile and re-market my info, they finally showed how generic and shameful service they really are. 11000 therapists, they match you. You have no choice. If you don’t like the therapist they will RE match you again, which I would not doubt is a random lottery to Passify all 11000 therapists. Their pricing structure is on par with other sites. The big difference and deal breaker for me is I have little choice in the service. Ultimately this is a marketing scheme. No thanks

First therapist didnt turn up. Second therapist didnt turn up. Third therapist didnt turn up. We requested a refund. We were given a free week. Now requesting a refund.

My wife and I used Regain.us to improve our Marriage. Our couples counselor, Premlata "Prem" Nikoniuk has been very helpful. Prem listened to our concerns and offered bite sized actionable steps that we have implemented in order to improve our marriage. We are still seeing Prem, and our communication has improved in our marriage. We love the online platform and can easily schedule an appointment via video or phone. Keep up the great work Regain and Prem!

They have an automatic subscription which you are not told of. Which means every month money had been taken out of your account without your consent. There therapist are some that have find a few online courses. And if you want to claim your refund - they message you a thousands emails. And there 818 number doesn’t work. They are based in the uk Seriously it’s a headache and they are taking it for granted that they don’t have contact in the uk.

No reliable for timing for the schedules and the platform connection is bad

Regain is a fantastic opportunity to grow. My wife and I were about to end our 21 year marriage after some difficult years of resentment and sadness. In just 3 Zoom sessions we have gained hope and direction. Our therapist is knowledgeable, empathetic and real. We are happy with the decision to start on-line couples therapy.
