I was looking for couples counselling in the UK but it was an absolute fortune! Something that I didn’t think was affordable to me until I found ReGain. I do weekly sessions with my partner with our therapist and even after just 2 sessions my partner and I are communicating so much better and working towards thriving rather than just surviving. My therapist Amy is amazing, very professional but with a good sense of humour too! This therapy is easily saving a family from breaking up so thank you for all the help!

Regain customer service are ignoring my emails and have taken £1440 out of my bank account when I have never ever used the service! I don’t have the login details for my account so can’t cancel it and have messages from the therapist I’ve been matched with and I’m worried I’m being charged even more money. This is a really scary situation. I’ve awaiting BBB to contact them otherwise I’ll have to take legal action.

Terrible. I am in Australian. No time slots available in my Timezone. So don’t take my Money. Then cancellations. Refusal of refund and then their system broken - up early can they can’t seem to phone me. How do I get a refund?

Therapists are of very low quality. The first one kept insisting on drugs & talking about her personal life. The scheduling is very difficult because most therapists are not available weekly. This site feels like a scam honestly.

We had the most horrible experience with this company and therapist who was not even listening..Me and my fiance who is pregnant wanted to work out some trauma she had in her past . What was suggested was horrible, she told my Fiance that she doesn't need a man and that she was single and was happy. Just horrific.. She was just trying to impose her experience on others instead of trying to help her with her problems. Run from this company.

My partner and I tried to use the service. Put in our information that we are in the U.K. and they matched us with a US based therapist anyway. Needless to say, we are unable to have online therapy at midnight during the week. They are not offering a refund even though it is completely not our fault. Do not use their services!

The counselor was very trustworthy and professional. He made us feel at ease and passed on his similar experiences including a few scenarios that were appropriate. We are very grateful for his help and guidance and would recommend your company to anyone I know.

Regain US is a money making business. It claims to be therapy for relationship - but therapy is a helping profession and they are not here to help. They charged my credit card $300 when I urgently had a need. I was hesitant to pay, but was immediately matched with a counselor and booked and appointment. The counselor asked for me for background and information which I shared and then she said she was unqualified and cancelled my session. Now, I've asked for a refund because I do not want to have paid for something when the matching process does not even work. There has been no response. There is now way to speak to anybody as the phone number goes to a 3rd party messaging service. There is a complete of business ethics. It is abhorrent that you would take something so personal and which people more and more need today, mental health services, and exploit for money. Truly disgusting.

I recently visited a couple therapists and I cannot recommend her enough! She is an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced therapist who was able to help me and my partner work through our relationship issues in a timely and effective manner. We are a mixed couple which comes with more challenges. Sarah was patient and understanding and gave us clear guidance on how to move forward. She was also very compassionate and understanding of our individual needs and perspectives.

Our couples therapist allegedly made contact with my ex partner privately (who I was in therapy with) and indicated to her that I was the one at fault in the relationship. I was informed by my ex that the therapist reached out to her and sent her information implying that I had a mental health condition. NB: A complaint to the relevant authorities has been made. My experience of our sessions was that the therapist was not impartial in our sessions to the point I had to call her out on occasion, her response to being called out was hostile. Our therapist had told us that she was in a similar situation to us and clearly had the same views as my ex fiancée making her biased. Our therapist was late for every appointment. At times she seemed somewhat disinterested with our case and regularly was distracted and not following our conversation. Overall I found our therapist to be very unprofessional. Not a great service by any account. Avoid this service!! There are plenty of other services available out there.

This website works. Our marriage counselor is great. Never had an issue with video calls and making appointments.

We have the best therapist on this site! It took a few tries to find one that works for us, but it’s so nice to have 24/7 access to feedback as a couple. Highly recommend everyone try it!

I am disappointed with the inflexibility of scheduling in this therapy service. Despite purchasing a weekly therapy subscription, it is not possible to schedule more than one session per week and each session must be scheduled at least a week in advance. This makes it difficult to schedule sessions with busy therapists and when reaching out to support, the only solution offered is an extension on my subscription and other services that I do not need. This policy and the lack of flexibility undermines the trust essential for effective therapy. The offered "extensions" and additional services do not make up for this lack of trust and feeling of unethical behavior.

It was not perfect as finding the correct therapist for you will never be but they offered so many ways to connect and allowed for you to change therapists as needed. My significant other and I found our match and it is so natural. We feel very comfortable with them and confident in them. I highly recommend this service. It is affordable and not only do you have your sessions but the groupinars have shed so much extra light on things!
