One Click Insurance Reviews

Attempting to assist an elderly neighbour with their policy. Hardly surprising they are confused and frustrated. Only method of contact is via live chat. Very lengthy wait's. No other way of communicating. Website is very frustrating and random as to what it lets you acess or not. No easy way to cancel a policy. It feels like Oneclick are intentionally frustrating contact to attempt to deny you the opportunity to achieve policy cancellation.

If you cancel your car insurance before it expires don't expect to get any money back. I sold my car after 6 months and they took the remainder of the policy as fees. Wish I'd paid monthly and stopped the payments.

Despite making no claim my insurance renewal premium was increased by over 50%. Had to go on live chat to cancel auto renew which took hours and the agent reduced the premium by 25% to encourage me to stay. I eventually got them to cancel auto renew and received an email confirmation but it was hard work. Would not use again.

My chat with Bethany this morning was very helpful and my problem was solved.

Quick and easy how it should br

My chat with MB51, Mai, was very helpful and efficient I would recommend to my friends and family.

very quick response to my query via their livechat facility

Can’t cancel auto renewal, the contact option and live chat does not work on their site on purpose to scam you. Everything else works!! Only way I could contact them was by sending complaints telling them to cancel my auto renewal but obviously they ignored those. They took over £180 off me by using my card details despite me cancelling my direct debit

Thank you to MS2 who helped with my car insurance renewal - quick easy and even managed to save me some money. Have been with One Click for several years, highly recommended

Hannah was fantastic -really pleased

My chat host was Lauren LD7, I can honestly say she was the most informative considerate chat host I have spoken with and, I have had plenty. All my questions were answered in a very professional manner, also even by chat I could tell by her responses she is a caring person. A pleasure to use again, and recommend others to do so. 5Star service Paul.
