Attempting to assist an elderly neighbour with their policy. Hardly surprising they are confused and frustrated. Only method of contact is via live chat. Very lengthy wait's. No other way of communicating. Website is very frustrating and random as to what it lets you acess or not. No easy way to cancel a policy. It feels like Oneclick are intentionally frustrating contact to attempt to deny you the opportunity to achieve policy cancellation.
