Difficult to cancel auto renew
Despite making no claim my insurance renewal premium was increased by over 50%. Had to go on live chat to cancel auto renew which took hours and the agent reduced the premium by 25% to encourage me to stay. I eventually got them to cancel auto renew and received an email confirmation but it was hard work. Would not use again.
