Can’t cancel auto renewal, SCAM!
Can’t cancel auto renewal, the contact option and live chat does not work on their site on purpose to scam you. Everything else works!! Only way I could contact them was by sending complaints telling them to cancel my auto renewal but obviously they ignored those. They took over £180 off me by using my card details despite me cancelling my direct debit
