No straight forward way to cancel policy and live chat left waiting for a very long time. Very disappointed with service and will not be using it again.

If I could give this company 0 starts I would. I've wasted 2 hours today to simply try and cancel my renewal policy. There is no way to cancel other than live chat. 4 times the live chat has timed out because of the length of wait time. I have sent an email of complaint as that is the only other means of communication. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want to keep your sanity. I have still not been able to get through to cancel the renewal and will have to go through all this again tomorrow. Disgusting service.
