Absolutely the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Whenever I would call to find out what was going on with the shipment the guy who answered the phone had absolutely no idea when it would be picked up. The evasive, basically no answers, created no confidence. The guy that always answered the phone might as well not have answered since he couldn't tell me anything and made me feel like I should apologize for calling. I was starting to think I had lost $1,000. And then, suddenly the bike was going to be picked up and the people I bought it from were expected to be available, a month later. A few weeks later I started to get multiple calls from the trucking company they hired to move it. Said the truck they were using would not fit down the street I lived on. Had multiple conversations with them. They promised the driver would call me and tell me if they would arrive AM or PM and I had to go meet them down the street. Got no call, and again, suddenly, the bike was in my driveway. Driver had no problem. Save your money, don't add stress, use someone else.

The motorcycle arrived without issue. I was disappointed in the fact that my motorcycle was picked up and delivered by people hired by Motorcycle Shippers. The pickup people were very nice and careful but moving motorcycles was not their specialty. The time a problem is most going to happen is when the bike is being loaded and unloaded. Most of this occurs using people not specializing in motorcycles.

If you are looking for a solid company to ship your motorcycle, look no further. My fathers last gift to me before his passing in April, was his Harley. To express how important this shipment was is impossible. I needed to have Dads bike shipped from Las Vegas, NV all the way to Kodiak, Alaska! I had found Motorcycle Shippers through some research and I am so glad I found them. From start to finish with this company, I could not ask for more. Ed and Danny were absolutely amazing guys to work with. They remembered me by first name when I would call in with any questions and they continuously kept me updated throughout the process. They made me feel reassured that Dads bike was in the best hands. They sent me pictures of the bike being crated and updated me when they noticed a mechanical discrepancy while crating so that I was not blindsided on the receiving end. There's so many things I liked about working with Danny and Ed, but one thing especially, they never made me feel that my needs or questions were silly or irrelevant. The guys who came to load the bike up were very respectful to my Stepmother and treated the entire situation with great care. Motorcycle Shippers treated me like family. The type of customer service I received is rare to find these days and I am so very grateful. Thank you to Motorcycle Shippers for also offering a military discount. I think if my Dad were still around he would be singing your guy's praises too (Ed and Danny). Thank you guys for being so kind throughout this process. Your Customer Service has been above and beyond!

Simple to arrange.

I spoke to Danny and he was extremely helpful. I had a dilemma with getting my motorcycle picked up due to the subdivision's streets and he was the only person I spoke to who took the time to troubleshoot with me and came up with a feasible option.

Knowledgeable personnel picked up the motorcycle and secured it to a transport frame. Updates sent along the way. Very professional.

My one-way summer ride depends upon this delivery meeting my deadline. So I was frustrated that website doesn’t give me all my options at once (“classic” and “economy” are the only two options, until mid-reservation. Then ‘terminals’ are mentioned and VIP becomes an unclear option). I gave a 2-star review. Then, Ed M. understood my ‘comments’ verbiage, and adjusted my order to meet me needs. I’m feeling much better about this. Four Stars until I see how it turns out. Thanks, Ed.

When initially calling, it seemed like an eternal hold, so I used the option to leave a message. A rep called back within a few minutes and was quickly able to answer questions while explaining the pick up procedure competently. Made it easy and cost efficient.

Getting a quote to ship my motorcycle was fast and easy, great service.

This was the worst experience possible. Paid for the VIP service on 30 April 2021. Same "Douche" I talked to each time has a condescending tone/attitude. Bike didn't get picked up 14 May 2021. I called and complained and was offered the VIP money refunded. Company that was subcontracted called to confirm there were not two bikes to be picked up as they got reservation for two bikes. I confirmed which pushed the pickup back another day. I was told the bike would be at destination by 19th of May. I called the dealership on the 24th to see if they have received the motorcycle and was told no they haven't seen it. When I called motorcycle shippers to find out where the bike was "asshat" told me they cancelled the shipping and refunded my money. I asked why they did this without my authorization and he told me that I cancelled the shipment thru the company Motorcycle shippers hired. After many colorful words exchanged I asked for his supervisor and he told me he was the supervisor, I asked for his boss and he said he was the boss. So apparently the owner of Motorcycle shippers also answers the phones which I find hard to believe. I asked for the number of the company they had hired and his response is you don't have the paperwork from the shipper. I guess I work for motorcycle shippers and have to coordinate my own shipping. At no time that I have ever spoken to this representative have I got a sorry, I apologize, let me help you with that problem. Basically I got thanks for your money and it's your problem now. I will never use Motorcycle Shippers again after the treatment I received.
