Friendly and efficient service. I’ve used Motorcycle Shippers several times through the years and have never had any trouble. Very dependable carrier.
After 5 rides Florida to Maine, I decided to try shipping. This worked for me. Took 19 days in transit and arrived today. The bike was delivered in front of my garage door in perfect condition. I thought shipping was a little pricey. Then I thought about the 1800 miles on some excellent track tires, motels, food, I-95, my butt, etc. I now know I made good decision.
Liked the ease of doing business. Real good "Say:Do" ratio. Bike arrived in great shape and the two guys professionally lowered the bike on the outside elevator. Job well done.
I have been through an ordeal with other companies trying to get my motorcycle shipped. When I spoke to Ed on the phone he was so helpful and gave me solutions that no one else had recommended. Hopefully the rest of the process is as great as the service was with Ed!
Danny is very detailed and answers all questions, especially those that are not/never addressed in a FAQ list. FAQ listing by any business (Gov, banks, investment, house, etc) are never helpful. I.e. - in addition, virtual assistants are totally ineffective & went to the wrong schools.
Website was easy to use & straightforward
