Perfectly efficient; even better than when I last used you guys in 2013!
Easy to use and cheapest quote
I have a BMW R1200RT and shipped it from Atlanta to Phoenix and back. This was my first experience with shipping my bike and with MS. The whole process was excellent. Friendly, concerned professionals at each end and excellent care was taken of my machine. Thanks for making my trip and enjoyable experience!
Process was easy! Please take care of my bike and get it to me properly! Thank you!
Terrible, they take your money and then want nothing to do with your calls or concerns. It takes at least a month to get your bike. Along with the bike or pinball machines etc don’t let them for you this is not A motorcycle specialty transport. This is just freight. They were supposed to drop the bike off two different times which they never did but you have to pay extra to get it there earlier and by earlier I mean within a month. This company is a joke stay far away from them
Danny was super helpful and very fast in providing the quote
Ask for a quote and within 2 minutes I got answer, incredible.
Getting a quote from these guys was absolutely painless...+++
Gave me a quote without me having to give a bunch of personal info.
Price was considerably higher than other shippers.
Great staff that helped me get my motorcycle to my son. All booked ready for pickup
I appreciated the friendliness and professionalism
Took me a while to find a phone but I did. After that all is well. Gave the man on the phone the zip codes and he gave me a price. Ask me for my e-mail address then sent me a formal quote! I looked at it and it was very easy to understand.
Had my bike shipped from Pa. to Alaska . These folks were great to work with , keep me up to date as the status of my bike location .Bike arrived in Anchorage in a timely manor and in great condition . Would highly recommend.
Very prompt with quote; price in the higher range and had to pay in advance. Being you transport motorcycles only was comforting and reassuring the transporter will do a good job! Have experienced a bad situation with another company and have referrals from motorcycle shops so will book Haul!
I’ve shipped 3 bikes with Motorcycleshippers.com, all successful! Communication at pick up and delivery could be better but for the most part it was easy. Bikes delivered in a timely manner, no damage whatsoever, competitive pricing, polite and courteous people. Will definitely be using them again.
how would I know I just ordered. I hope your service is good...
Love this company! Great customer service, efficient delivery. Have used them in the past, will definitely use again.
