Super easy and quick to get a quote and even better to book, great experience.
AWESOME SERVICE!!!! Shipped my son's bike from NC to CA were he is stationed. My son was unexpectedly being deployed with only 2 weeks notice while the bike was in transit. Motorcycle Shippers were able to expedite shipment and get his bike to him before he shipped out! Can't say enough about how great the customer service is!!! Thanks again!!!
4/2/2021 bike in Waukesha wi 25 mi from South Milwaukee got the call will deliver on Monday 4/5/2021 I would have liked it on Friday because it was so close. I was glad to get it on Monday just as it was scheduled. Like waiting for a Christmas present I can’t wait.
Forthright and Simple
Plain and simple, their quote was among one of the highest.
Easy to book . Took just 5 minutes
Input should only be the make/year/model of your motorcycle, and a database would then output the required 3D dimensions. Note that 3D dimensions are not included in specifications.
Website user friendly and easy to follow. Drop downs are simple and easy.
Appreciated the ease and speed of the online process. Also spoke to Ed, very customer focused guy and overall a really great introductory customer experience. Thank you!
Great services. Professional and quick
this is a review of the online scheduling process only. it was a very simple and intuitive process.
Very helpful with giving me a quick quote for shipping.
Great service. Fast, easy, pumpkin squeezy! Use these guys and the wind will be blowin through your hair in no time.
The only suggestion I have is if you could make it easier to ship multiple motorcycles, instead of having to re-enter all the information.
Easy to use website, completed the shipping request in 10 minutes.
Getting a quote was easy and took seconds
Easy to use site, have used in the past, reliable service. Highly recommended!
I booked with them 19 days ago and they estimated pickup between the 8th-19th. Well today is the 22nd they have not reached out to me at all. I called three separate times now to get the same answer of "everything seems to be on track". Well clearly it's not and on top of this they seemed to be one of the more expensive shippers. I thought I was paying for a quality experience but I was wrong. Spend your money elsewhere.
Rude and when I was asking questions it was like I was bothering the girl. Plus when I would ask questions all she kept saying was..”I don’t know” Simple question like does the price include taxes “I don’t know”.... you should know the general questions!!
Very easy to use website. Reasonable pricing.
No,it wasn't easy cause I didn't know I had to pay a booking fee and also is the booking fee included in shipping rate? I tried calling y'all back but it to voicemail.
