Very easy but not sure where I can ask a question

The online request and book service was easy to navigate and straight forward with m/c shipping information. The staff received multiple calls from me regarding "exceptions" to m/c height requirements. The staff was patient at explaining and even RE-explaining exceptions to these height restrictions and reassuring me that I could ship with the "correctly selected" shipping option allowing height variations. There is so much to do selling a property and setting up a cross-country move with pandemic staffing at many moving and relocation companies. I appreciate your employees' time and consideration. Kudos and Thank You's to the team for being patient with me.

Shipped my Road King from California to Michigan. Had it shipped to a terminal in Romulus. Greeted by a gentleman when I came to pick up my bike. Straightforward, great service, and the bike arrived scratch/dent-free. Have booked the return trip of my Harley back to my residence, expect the same level of service. Highly recommended.

Dropped my bike off at the Monroe, NJ terminal on a Friday and it was at my house in Orlando on Tuesday. No damage. Worth every penny.

It all went extremely smoothly. I had a dirtbike shipped form Idaho to North Carolina for ~$850. I did not have any specific time constraints, so I was fine with the range of possible delivery dates that Motorcycle Shippers provided. I was pleased that they were able to pick up within a few days of placing my order, which was the early side of their pick-up estimate. Delivery occurred about 2 weeks later. I checked the tracking updates every other day. I received a call from the final delivery team to schedule the delivery day, then they also called 30minutes prior to delivery. Pick-up and delivery vehicles were large box trucks. No damage to bike. I had removed all luggage except some softbags that are bolted to the subframe. I removed all items from softbags.

Only reason for 3 stars is because your bike arrives within a certain date range. Was hard to know exactly when bike will come and the a call from the driver might be as late as 30 minutes notice. Would like 48 hours notice as a standard. At least the staff and drivers are nice, friendly and transport the bike in one piece.

Ed was a joy to talk to and was able to answer any questions I had. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that they were unable to communicate with a truck stop in Indiana after over a week of the motorcycle sitting less than an hour away. In the end, they told me to contact them directly, which was not possible considering they only operated 1 day a week. Overall though, the bike was unscathed, despite it not being on the sled described in the service, but rather a sled for just the bike with no cushioning area as shown on the website.

Looked to reserve online and had a few additional questions to ensure I was understanding correctly. Shot them a call that was picked up immediately by a human. Spoke to Ed, who was very attentive and knowledgeable. Best support call in quite some time. Now proceeding to reserve with confidence. Thanks!

Clear and easy to understand.

The web site is surprisingly easy to use. I'm not computer savvy and I found it easy to use. It was fast only took about 5 minutes and was done. Got a email with pick up and delivery instructions. Shortly after I finished.
