Super easy and quick to get a quote and even better to book, great experience.
Getting a quote was easy. Thanks! Will plan to post whether the transaction was efficient and successful once the motorcycle is shipped.
No one working on a Saturday to arrange shipping. Called Haul Bikes as they were open for business.
Had a bit of an issue with this latest reservation. I kept getting an error telling me to requote. Had to leave the website and go back in several times, before the reservation finally went through.
After a few phone conversations with Ed at Motorcycle Shippers, to understand timing and coordinating, I booked online and it was simple and easy. Looking forward to my trip. Thank you, Ed.
Very efficient site to get a fast and reasonable shipping quote. I am waiting to see how my 2004 Honda Valkyrie Rune is delivered.
Getting a quote was simple and instant. So far so good.
Quote was super quick lets see how fast we can book the pick up date...
Good hope they can ship in decent time
great at explaining everything to me
Excellent service. After another shipper hadn't picked up my bike after a month, Motorcycle Shippers came through and I had it in two weeks. Being able to get through on the phone to a human who could answer questions realistically about the status of my bike's whereabouts was welcome, and the online tracker was helpful.
One word-easy
The guy giving me the quote was rude, condescending and generally unpleasant to deal with. In addition to that the quote was about 3 times what I was quoted at other services.
Easy as pie. The whole process from quote to book was quick and painless.
I used your website for quote which was very easy and user friendly. I had a couple of questions which were very promptly and efficiently answered by "Ed". Looking forward to a smooth move for the motorcycle!
Best rate so far
Easy to sign up, just make sure you double check all the info or you'll have to go back and enter info again.
I found your form to be sort of annoying to fill out. But phone calls and customer service otherwise GREAT!
Getting a quote was very easy straight to the point, And they were able to answer all of the questions I had.
Very easy way to securely send motorcycle
Took my money immediately even though I requested a customized bid. No return of phone calls or emails. Sent shipper out without confirmation first. Would only refund part of the money the took. Unorganized, inefficient and terrible customer service.
