I love this brand so much,all of my wardrobe is lulu.But don’t buy a bag from there,there’s no guarante.I bought a bag,after two weeks an hole appeared,took it to the shop they said bags are not under guarantee?? They said I needed to phone up the main office so I did.The girl on the phone said she will send a form out to be filled in.That was two months ago..
