I ordered an item from Lululemon on May 3th and it was shipped May 5th. I was told it take 3-5 days. I also was able to track it, well my package has gotten to a certain location on May 7th and has not left that location since that day ,but each day I look at tracking it says “in transit” I contacted Lululemon and tried to chat, which I went on and I was told it takes about 50 minutes to get someone to chat, well it has been 6 hours and still no one came to chat. I also called the customer service number and was told it would take 20 to 40 minute wait. After 1 hours of waiting I hung up.Not so good customer service..
Here to add to the rubbish reviews. Wish I had read this before ordering. Fast to take my money slow to ship. No reply from customer services. It’s not problems that create issues. It is how a company deal with them. Maybe they don’t have enough staff and the staff that work there are fab. Who know. No reply

I went to change the size of some shorts I bought, but as I was over 30 days (I had been away), the store wouldn't let me do this, so I've got a pair of shorts that don't fit now, and I'm about to eBay them! Very odd customer service for a brand that charges premium prices.
Customer service is terrible, do not help and send the same replies over and over. They don’t even acknowledge the issue just try to fob you off when their products are faulty. I will never order from them again after the customer service I’ve had. Quality of the items is not worth the price either.
I tried to place an order with lululemon but just got an error message saying the payment didn’t go through. I tried with three different cards and the same happened each time. I then checked my accounts to see if any money had actually been taken and they had charged me three times but not sent any order confirmations after I received the error messages either. When contacting the email address on the payment portal in the checkout to ask them to make sure I do not receive duplicate orders and to refund me for what they have charged, the responses I received were unhelpful and rude. They just said they could only cancel one order because they had waited too long even though I contacted them within five minutes of this happening. They said the deadline was 60 minutes. It’s a ridiculous company with horrible customer service and I wouldn’t recommend anyone shop online with them in the U.K. This is actually a scam.
Avoid. Completely oblivious to consumer protection laws. Seriously. They just act as if they’re not subject to them at all. Their customer service is appalling too - scripted and dismissive. Ordered a week ago. Still not even shipped my order. Took them 2 days to even pick it off the warehouse shelf according to their own site.
Leggings fit absolutely perfectly, can feel the higher quality than cheaper options but still feels pricey.
I really like the align leggings, have a few pairs and have not had any problems!
Really expensive for the price and not worth it compared to what can be purchased from other brands with the exact same or higher quality

Horrible customer service
Absolutely shocking service from a very expensive brand. Firstly - If you use a gift card, you will be unable to use any other discount voucher such as Blue Light Discount etc so don’t be tempted to give anyone a gift card - it will potentially make their shopping more expensive. After several failed attempts to use a discount code combined with a gift card at the beginning of March, I finally accepted I couldn’t have my discount and reluctantly made an order, which then failed to arrive. UPS tracking indicated the order was incorrectly addressed. On contacting Lululemon, they said I’d just have to wait and see if it got returned to them…but told me that they couldn’t tell me if it was actually returned to them or not! According to them, it was my responsibility to keep checking to see where it had got to! A week or so later I found it had indeed been returned to Lululemon. I called them and they confirmed this….however, they told me they wouldn’t re send it to me! Apparently I now have to wait until they get around to refunding me. I imagine this will also be complicated by the fact that it was paid for by both gift card and credit card. I am seriously concerned that I may never get the goods - or a refund. So far this order has taken over two weeks and in effect is not even started as I have to await a refund then start all over again! The company are a real worry and I would like a full refund (including the gift card) - I can attempt to go through my credit card provider if Lululemon do not repay me but the gift card of £118 may be more of a challenge to retrieve. If I could, I would like a full refund and be able to shop elsewhere. Please avoid this company. I wish I’d read the Trustpilot reviews before shopping here.
I got a gift card at Christmas so ordered several orders to use up the gift card amount. Items are very expensive and sizing confusing as in US not UK. I found delivery to be fast though, ordered on 11.2.23 and delivery was here by 15.2.23. Returned one item to store with no issues. For second order, I returned one item to a UPS point on 25.2.23 and refund was issued by 1.3.23. I had a question for customer service and they replied same day.
Online price for Align leggings is £88. I ordered a pair and received them with a price tag clearly saying £78. If you decide to up your prices - remember to change your price tags! I have returned as also their leggings come at least 1 size too big.
Me and my friends purchased a jacket for a friends birthday in November, which she never received. When contacting Lululemon they told us that this was an issue with UPS. UPS then pushed the blame on Lululemon. After 4 months of going back and forth Lululemon said there is nothing they can do as the order was 4 months ago. It has been 4 months as Lululemon didn't want to take responsibility even though they are responsible legally as the 'sender' Instead they pointed the finger and wasted our time leaving My friend without a birthday present and £83.30 out of pocket. Will never be shopping with this brand again and will be spreading the word regarding their terrible service. Not something I expect from a so called luxury brand!!
Qualität der Waren sind immer grossartig, daher zahlt man den hohen Preis sehr gerne. Im Laden sind die waren aber nie aufgefüllt, gefällt einem die Farbe hat es nicht immer in der bestimmten Grösse, obwohl die Waren seit Jahren dieselben sind. Mega mühsam! Auf der Webseite herrscht Chaos - habe 2x bestellt (bestellen wollen), und musste dann retournieren, da gibt es keinen Retourenschein, man muss ganz mühsam die Zollpapier fürs Ausland zusammenkramen, warten, ausdrucken, und dann zur DPD Stelle bringen. Kundendienst ist meistens auf englisch, wenn man deswegen Kontakt haben muss. Für mich das letzte Mal, dass ich online bestellt habe. Wenn es halt im Laden die Sachen nicht gibt in meiner Grösse (small!) dann verkaufen sie halt nichts, marketingtechnisch ein riesen Reinfall.
Leggings are appalling quality - piling and fraying seams after one wash on delicate cycle. Very lightly used. Customer service is rubbish - ive sent so many pictures of the issue and they just keep replying asking for more of the same pictures in gibberish emails that make no sense.
