Kalki has great product and love the design. Have been ordering from Kalki expensive but worth it. But recently customer service online has become so bad that it’s a headache to order. We get 10 people texting you daily on what’s app and all new every time. No one talks to you or follow up with the order, I am so frustrated they spoilt my so expensive dress and I am dealing with nonsense for a month. In USA we do not know how to get it fixed. Also I want to order new stuff but every time new person text me and I have 10 phone numbers but no one follow up. There are no managers or supervisors. I wish the CEO of company know this and fix this process. We love the product but hate to order or deal with customer service. There is no human you can talk to just texts and then they take money then disappear and if the product arrive wrong size no one person will call you. You will be emailing texting just several texts and emails. No one will call or if they call listen for 2 days and then new person take over.

Customer communication is very poor .

Online customer service team was awesome not only it resolved the issue but also provided a discount code.

Absolutely pathetic! Placed an online order 11 days back- it was shipped and returned to source in error by their courier service. I have been chasing everyday past 1 week for it to be reshipped and everyday they tell me it’ll be done in 24hrs and today they say just order a new one!!! Without any refund or anything, they expect me to just place another order…. And they have no clue on the reshipment. So fed up. Reply to your reply: It’s been 48hrs and still NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE!

I had a wonderful experience with them. We were traveling from overseas for our wedding and had very limited time, but they were incredibly helpful and made the entire shopping experience smooth and possible despite the time constraints.

I placed an order well in advance for my henna night, with clear written communication that the items needed to arrive by June 5, while I was still in Germany. The company assured me this would not be a problem. Despite this, the package was shipped with an unreasonably slow courier and got stuck in customs. I never received the item. Yet the company now falsely claims the package was “successfully delivered” on June 11 — a date when I was already in Türkiye, as clearly communicated to them beforehand. No one at the company has been able to tell me where this package was delivered, to whom, or provide any proof of actual delivery. There has been no effort to take responsibility, offer a refund, or provide any meaningful resolution. I had no opportunity to arrange an alternative in time and the moment has now passed. This level of carelessness and denial at such an important personal time is extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, accountability, or basic customer service.

Avoid! Item arrived and when wearing the item, the jewels started falling off the jacket. Requested a refund as the item is clearly faulty. They are refusing to provide a refund because the tags have been removed. Obviously some faults won't become clear until the item is worn! Will be taking further action! Update 28/06/2025 - despite replying to my review on here saying they will be in touch within 24 hours to provide me with the assistance I require, no one has reached out to me - SHOCK!

You describe the product:Off White Banarasi Silk Saree With Traditional Woven Contrast Border. I am very disappointed that you have cheated us. This saree is NOT silk. The fabric is synthetic. We didn't test or do anything with the product until my got it done with the fall and the blouse and was planned to be worn only on June 22. I tried pressing and thankfully, didn't put the iron in the middle or at the end. Instead I tried a small are in the starting part and realized it is not silk. Fortunately, it didn't burn as I was very careful. I put a thread that came loose over a lighter flame and it immediately melted. I know of no silk that melts. I am now seeking how I can file a case with the consumer protection cell. This is really bad.

We placed an order from Kalki app online. Due to some issues, the product had to be returned. After speaking with the customer care, we weren’t getting any resolution for a long time. We then thought of connecting with Mr. Soumik Palit & he looked into the situation and executed the refund process the very next day. He also ensured us that we will receive the refund with 7-10 days. We are extremely content with the way he understood what we put forward over emails & took care of the situation. Thanks Mr. Soumik Palit.

Really high quality, my order came extremely fast and about a week faster than the estimated delivery. Chatting with Zeba on Whatsapp was very easy and she responded really quickly to questions.

The sari came with a hole in it. I had initiated the process to return the product and it took a long time. I started the process on May 17th and no one has processed my refund nor given me a return label to return it. I have messaged multiple people and it takes days to respond. Terrible customer service. I am very displeased with the service.

Aarti was very helpful in providing me a status of the shipping. She did her best to prioritize my shipping but unfortunately I was told it might not arrive on time for me to wear it at a wedding this Friday. Hoping Kalki team can work their magic and get it delivered by June 19!

My order is not delivered on time Neither I have been informed about the order status. It is more than two weeks and I have NOT heard anything about my order status yet. Very disappointing!!

Great attention from Julianna and rest of staff including the manager. Julianna was very professional and patient. She has great understanding for styles, and fabric etc for young girls. She also understands the customer and overall provided a phenomenal experience over the three days we visited the store. Thank you!!!!

Product was shipped on the expected delivery date. No delivery date communicated later, had to follow up every day. Did not receive on time. They say i have to pay return cost and customs, which is almost same as the cost of the product itself! Please choose an alternative, this company is not reliable.
