The company is a scam - ordered two items, one item did not arrive and the other item arrived nearly a month after the estimated delivery time. I tried to refuse the delivery, however the courier did not allow and left the package outside and Kalki advised that the only way I could refund the item is if I paid for the full delivery and duty tax back to India (would've cost more to do this than the cost of the item). Kalki did not even refund the initial amount for the item that never arrived. Had to raise a dispute via PayPal to get my refund (took 2 months). Kalki even tried to get me to withdraw my dispute via PayPal by pressuring me over WhatsApp messaging. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I placed an order on July 1st, didn’t receive any updates but contacted Zeba through WhatsApp and received my fedex number and a status update. They gave quick and very helpful information back to me in a timely manner which I appreciate.

Terrible. Sizing doesn't match what they advertise, nor does the quality. Returns cost you to send back despite the fact the sizing is so much small than they say. So now I have to return and loose money to get anything back at all.... Customer service team respond quickly but do little to help. Absolute scam. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

By mistakenly i have ordered wrong item but Ms. Suchita helped me with her assistance and it was really very helpful. Thanks to the team.

Service is very poor. No delivery timelines. No return timeline. No response. Worse than small single person run brands. I think you guys should shut down your online delivery business.

Avoid avoid avoid! Poor service. I asked about returns and they said returns from UK have to be paid by me. I asked to show me where this is mentioned on the website and they said u can’t send please look for it yourself. Very poor service. On the website the order shows as fulfilled! I was given a tracking number which shows delivered. They say it’s coming today - no proper answer given. All I got was it will be investigated. Will not be using this website ever again! Pathetic service. Waste of money!

I ordered my first order which showed that money transaction didn’t complete than I again ordered the same stuff that’s second time now it’s shows both the order have been dispatched and money is taken twice … and both the order have same stuff … and I don’t know what to do

Whilst the initial customer service was great after placing my online order, it all went downhill once my order was dispatched. The courier they used did not ring my doorbell and then marked the delivery as refused - I did not refuse, I was at home waiting for the delivery! I contacted the courier who told me that Kalki must contact them directly to arrange the redelivery to me. I contacted Kalki and asked them to do this and they told me they would look into it. Almost every day for a week since then, I have been contacting them for an update. All they tell me is to wait 24 hours and they will email me an update. I never got 1 update. I asked them to escalate to a manager and they ignored this and told me they escalated to courier team, who also did not update me. I have had enough - I ordered from them for the first time for an outfit for my brothers wedding but they have stressed me out and wasted so much time. I asked them for a refund which they ignored so I have flagged this with my bank so that I can get my money back. It is clear that they do not want to offer any help to get things resolved quickly. They just send meaningless lies again and again in the hopes that you will just give up. It is a massive shame as their clothes are nice but the customer service is absolutely horrific. You can only contact via whatsapp, no phone calls to discuss anything properly. Don't waste your time ordering from here if you are from the UK, its a nightmare to deal with if anything goes wrong.
