I placed an order well in advance for my henna night, with clear written communication that the items needed to arrive by June 5, while I was still in Germany. The company assured me this would not be a problem. Despite this, the package was shipped with an unreasonably slow courier and got stuck in customs. I never received the item. Yet the company now falsely claims the package was “successfully delivered” on June 11 — a date when I was already in Türkiye, as clearly communicated to them beforehand. No one at the company has been able to tell me where this package was delivered, to whom, or provide any proof of actual delivery. There has been no effort to take responsibility, offer a refund, or provide any meaningful resolution. I had no opportunity to arrange an alternative in time and the moment has now passed. This level of carelessness and denial at such an important personal time is extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values honesty, accountability, or basic customer service.
