I was very happy with my experience. Abdur was a fantastic customer relations rep and helped me change my order to right size early on in the ordering process. He was very responsive and kind. The suit came in looking great, excited to wear it!

The website has great options. Now that I have ordered and tried to get in contact with Kalki through WhatsApp, the communication is pretty stressful. I had 3 separate chats going, scheduled a video call but did not receive a call, and am being given random info through chats after a few days. I would just like to get the sizing discussed once, so the outfits can be made and shipped. I recommend improving this part of the shopping experience. That would help alleviate stress from the shoppers. I hope mine will work out. Thank you!!!

Too many Whatsapp Messages from your representatives until we checkout items in the cart. I was continuing to shop and got at least 3 messages from your team on Whatsapp which gets frustrating even after telling the first one that I was still shopping. It makes me not want to order from you if I am going to be contacted nonstop by your team each time. If a customer has questions, they will reach out, otherwise don't send messages continually!
Warning for US shoppers! Please know their return policy. If you want to return an item, they will charge you $49 to return from the states! This was not even the beginning. I ordered what the description read as “ Green Printed Kurta And Pant SKU: SG252808-42” thinking I would be receiving a top and a bottom. When I received my product, I only received the top. I was already upset at this point because I order the specific item as I saw they were going to ship in a specific time frame. I had a wedding to attend the weekend that I received the product. So, I contacted customer service because I thought I was going to receive a set. Agent that I spoke to let me know that he was going to reach out to the packaging department to “see what happen with the product” and stated “this can take 24-48 hours.” So few days past and I contact customer service again. It was the weekend when I contacted the and I was told “unfortunately our team has not gotten back and they will reach out to you when they are back in the business.” So I waited a few more days. Today (5 days later from contacting them) they reached out to me letting me know that the description was wrong and that thank you for letting them know about this issue and they were going to give me a 10% off my order (which would only be 13 dollars and I was still out my pants). At this point the wedding was already over and I only needed the outfit for the wedding so I let them know that I wanted to return the items because I no longer needed it as I was not able to wear it for the wedding. Here was the worst experience. They kept bargaining with me and did not want to process my refund and even told me “we can ship you the pants, we would need to charge you $15 for shipping”… They also told me I need to compare the price of the set to other sets to see that the price didn’t justify the set price. This was highly unprofessional and they wasted my time. They even told me about the return policy afterwards and stated “we will need to complete a quality check to then process your refund.” Mofos, you didn’t even “quality check” your website to make sure that your descriptions are correct, how am I held responsible for your company mistake? This was the worst experience ever and I would not waste my time with this shop if you are a US shopper. I was still told that I had to wait 1-2 days for a return label and they were going to “try their best to waive the $49 dollar return label.” Don’t waste your time!
All the "need to know" items are easy to find. Size charts, clothing description/care and ship time all provided. Plus, when the clothing arrives, it is beautiful and well made!
I'm not here to review my online experience with Kalki because it has been horrible. However, recently I visited the Kalki Fashion store in Santacruz, and I must say that I had a great experience buying from them. Absolute professional staff and mind-blowing customer service. Within a few minutes they managed to get me the outfit that I was looking for. I want to specifically acknowledge the names of the people that assisted me with my attire. Hussain, Sarfraz, and Prakash are all highly skilled at what they do. They are incredibly polite and want to assist you in any way they can. I wish Kalki and the three of you the best.
I’m going to revise my review of one ⭐️ I never expected the company to read my review and my What’sApp complaint and work to resolve the issue. I’m happy to report they corrected the duplicate order and promised to fix the wonky payment link so it won’t keep happening to others. I appreciate the attentive customer service. Thank you!
