TERRIBLE experience — avoid this company.** I ordered a saree worth £135, including a stitched blouse, based on their promise to replicate the design shown on their website. I was connected to a representative via WhatsApp for a video call to take measurements. Despite clear communication, they completely messed up the measurements and didn’t follow the design I selected. The saree itself was of extremely poor quality — nothing like the pictures. The whole experience felt misleading and gimmicky. When I raised a complaint, they refused to offer a refund and instead suggested I pay an additional £30 to order a new blouse. My money was completely wasted, and I regret being carried away by their website. **This company is not trustworthy. Stay away.**

I had ordered a saree with the assurance from Kalki executive that it would be delivered by a specific date. However, on the promised delivery date, I was informed that the saree wasn't even ready for dispatch. This was extremely disappointing, especially as I was completely relying on your brand’s commitment and reputation. I had trusted your service for an important occasion, and the experience did not meet the expectations set

Purvesh assisted me today and went above and beyond to honor my request. he listened and communicated well. other websites does not do that but Kalki fashions reps are outstanding. i really appreciated all he did on his behalf. well done Purvesh. thanks Kalki Fashions .

Ur Return policy is pathetic. App is useless.

No order confirmation email came. Then used the chat option to get in touch who said will send order confirmation email and confirm on the delivery date but no email has come till now.

Some customer care executives are really kind and helpful . Had recently interacted with Suchita and she was very polite and patient. Helped me a lot.

Good selection. but website performance very bad making it hard to browse and look through items, also adding to cart and managing orders is very poor. website and self service is so bad. that you need real people on whatsapp to get anything done. which is very bad./

I’m extremely disappointed with Kalki Fashion’s customer service. I returned a product as per their policy, but even after repeated follow-ups, my refund has not been credited. It’s been 4 months since the return, and I’ve received no proper updates or resolution. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable from a reputed brand. I would urge others to be cautious when ordering online from them, especially if there’s a chance you might need to return something. I hope this review helps others and pushes the company to improve their refund process

Easy to navigate.

Awful customer service - they state all over the website the they offer “easy returns” this is untrue. I have been trying to arrange a return for a necklace I received broken- they have taken nearly 2 weeks to “investigate” sent me a video of them packing the necklace and said they will not be able to do anything as when they packed it it wasn’t damaged. It’s actually a scam - they don’t adhere to UK consumer rights. It’s exhausting, I’ve paid £100 for a necklace that was delivered broken - I reported it the day after I received and they just keep saying they can’t offer me a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM Even returns for non damaged items attract a return postage cost of nearly £40!!!!

I purchased this item in feb, took a month to arrive. Sadly it arrived DAMAGED - I reached out to the brand (this was post the 15 day return) - but I explained that the top silk was ripped ? I have paid £150 GBP and I have waited over a month for delivery- and this is the item received ? Absolutely gutted . Have reached out via email and WhatsApp- and they have rejected replacing the top.

I was not sure I was ordering right size I called talked to Reena one of saleslady she was very helpful in ordering right size.
